We have stayed here many times over the past 10 years and while we love the location and the staff and amenities available at this hotel. We were disappointed in the room that we had this trip. We asked for a six floor room with the larger balcony that faces the city center and Biscayne Bay but were given a...

We spent one night at the Mandarin Oriental and my only regret is that we could not stay longer. The hotel is located on Brickell Key which is a small island separated by a short bridge from downtown Miami. You are close to everything, yet just removed enough from the hustle and bustle to be completely relaxed. Almost all the...

Hate to write poor reviews but this hotel deserves it. This is supposed to be a 5 star hotel. The room smelled like cigarettes. Unsanitary sofa cushion was turned upside down to hide stains but the stains were on both sides. The room had Lily coffee pods with fake creamer. Spa attempted to add an extra $50 top of a...

Impeccable stay from start to finish! After a morning flight from CT and a drive down from Fort Lauderdale to Miami (with a quick stop for lunch at the beach on the way) we arrived at the Mandarin. The hotel itself is beautiful and modern without being too minimalist and cold. The team at the front desk (Alexis and Sebastian)...

When we booked a few months ago we saw from their web site and various reviews that there was small man made beach situated in the hotel grounds. Unfortunately when we arrive ,early April, we were advised that the beach has been sold off and no longer available for guests of the hotel. A bit of a disappointment to say...

We're big fans of the Mandarin Oriental. We escape to Miami a few times a year, and more often than not, Mandarin Oriental is our home away from home. Friendliest staff - from bell hop to housekeeping. They truly make your stay that much more special each time. I do wish the food offered in-room and by the beach/pool would...

Have stayed here many times and return for obvious reasons- Mandarin service and location. Relaxed but attentive service, clean, peaceful and great facilities. My only criticism, the loss of the beautiful beach area which came as a bit of a shock.
