Best value hotel stay. Went for business trip. Great location, great rooms and customer service. The best was the blueberry mojitos @ the bar by Mirella!! She’s wonderful! Great service and great drinks.
I was brought here by my fiancé for my surprise birthday weekend getaway. The price was awesome considering the location and it was not far from the beach areas. The parking was easier than it is explained on their website and the rooms were delightful. Because I am a Hilton Honors member we were awarded an upgrade at no additional fee. We were also greeted by the concierge very joyfully and with professionalism. The front desk was very nice and accommodating to us as I mentioned it was my birthday weekend. I loved everything about this hotel, down to the 6th floor pool. If you are worried about safety they have a security guard on the premises 24hrs a day so any time you are coming in or out you will see them. The security was extremely helpful in ensuring we could get in and out the parking garage without issues, this is because our room key wouldn't scan us in or out. As long as you called the front desk and provided your name and room number this doesn't become a problem at all. The front desk became familiar with us quite quickly. I adored the walking distance to several restaurants as well. There is literally everything to offer food wise so you will have no problem finding some place nice to dine in. Also something you'd want to know breakfast is included with your stay already, and it was really good. They served cold items and hot items and this was awesome as many hotels aren't offering this anymore unless at an additional fee. Their breakfast was really good, my fiancé and I enjoyed ours poolside. If you're looking to travel with a family it is family friendly, but We barely saw any children at all. The rooms were solid we didn't hear any one in the hallway or in another room. When we were leaving out the room I heard a vacuum since housekeeping was cleaning up another room. But while inside with the room door closed I didn't hear anything at all, It was very peaceful. that is a plus when traveling for leisure.…
We went to the Hampton Inn Miami Brickell for 2 nights prior to leaving for a cruise from Miami. We were greeted by Nikki who was so pleasant and friendly. She "bonded" right away with my 84 year old mother and made our check in very quick and simple. Nikki also provided us with bar coupons to use at our leisure. She was assisted by Ziv who was also really friendly and fun. Hotel was great with a terrific room and pool to enjoy. Complimentary breakfast was very good with a lot to choose from. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going on a cruise as it is fairly close to the port, and all the action in Miami Brickell.
Great stay, the room was clean, tidy and quite spacious. The staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice enough with a good selection of cheeses and meats plus a cooked option. It's in a good location close to the MetroMover plus a lot of restaurants close by. I would certainly stay again.
Just an overnight after a cruise . . . but love this place . . . the clean, modern design is a treat and match up to good service and comfort. Roomy. Indoor/out door bar very welcoming & great views. Just wish they had a simple cafe . . . but the recommended take out pizza was fast, fresh & tasty.
This is a great hotel to stay at! It’s renovated and it is very well run with a great team. Ana at the front desk is always smiling and has a great spirit about her that transfers to guests! The property is in a great location where you walk to fantastic places to eat and close to the cruise port with a shuttle!
Great property and the front desk staff is the friendliest in the business! Nikki always remembers me when I stay here and it’s certainly nice to run into such a friendly face every other month! The only down side to this property is that the majority of gym equipment is broken/inoperable. If you guys would service the fitness center, I would definitely say this is my favorite property in the country!
This is a comfortable hotel, with attractive, well appointed rooms, and good services. The free breakfast and excellent location ( 1/2 block from main restaurant street, 1/2 block from metro mover stop) set it apart from others we’ve stayed at in Brickell. The pool was lovely , the weather not so! Still, a nice spot to relax in!
My wife broke her hip at Miami airport, I was looking for hotel close by Jackson memorial hospital this fit the bill. I have been staying here for two weeks using Lyft going back in forth. The people here form front desk Nikke to Victoria To the servers in the bar an Breakfast always ask how my wife is doing. The rooms are very nice the continental breakfast has everything. I would not hesitate staying here. Right on the corner is a restaurant AlmaRosa Fantastic food.
We stayed here for one night before a cruise. Every employee we interacted with was so pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The metromover is close by and we were easily able to use it to go to Bayside Marketplace. It is also a very short walk to the metrorail. The complimentary breakfast was well stocked. Our only minor issue was we were signed up for the 10 am shuttle to the cruise port and seemed like most of the hotel was also leaving/checking out at the same time. This caused a significant delay in getting an elevator. We ended up taking an Uber instead. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I was in the area.
