Business trip. Crunch converts to double and shelves convert to twin bunks. Very tight quarters for 4 on a business trip. Full fridge convection and micro washer dryer. Full size shampoo amd conditioner. Small pool that's always in shade. Do not have access to some areas (a game room at end of hall) Bar restaurant in lobby though we did not utilize. Short distance to Bayfront Park.

Someone was able to charge meals to my room. I emailed the hotel like I was told and still no response. Now I have to escalate the situation. It’s unfortunate that they didn’t try to fix the situation. If my flight didn’t leave so early I would have waiting until management arrived to deal with the situation.

For a high tech hotel it lacked a common sense approach. There's sensored lights in the sink area that kept going off nearly every hour that kept us up all night. We had a 30 hour trip home! There was no instructions in the room to explain things and the robot was not user friendly and we're tech savvy. A shame as the bed was comfy. Could do with a couple of extra seats as there was only one stool. Won't be coming back.

The hotel is very technological, has very nice areas, the pool is large. The space of the rooms (they are very small, it has a super uncomfortable table and a single bench). You have to be careful how you bathe because the water comes out of the shower, it is a little uncomfortable to use the toilet, there is no privacy.

I woke up to a siren very early on the 12th. I called reception very worried and they told me to disregard. The location is good and the service too. Please note that there is a facility fee that will be charged by the hotel

Antonio was a delight. He makes everyone feel welcome and is an amazing bartender. I don’t think he gets a day off. He is always here. Service, food, and Drinks are all amazing. Even when I am just walking past the bar in lobby he makes sure to greet me. Such a pleasure.
