We stayed at the casino as It was close to a Gator tour we were taking the next morning. The hotel rooms were nice and clean. One cafeteria had an $8 meal deal which was nice but other than that I was disappointed in the casino. The nice sit down restaurant was closed. The variety of slot machines is horrible. About 60% to 65% of the machines are all the same. Row after rows in all areas were nothing but Keno. No video poker, roulette or black jack. No card tables at all. We were there on a Thursday and you could hardly find a machine to get on that was not keno. Very tight as well. No one In our group won a dime. We tried going down at 3 different times and one guy got a $20 pay out. The rest of us couldn't even hit $5. Definitely will not be back. The good things about the casino is they do have a nice pool area but the hot tub was at maybe 80 degrees. When we talked to an employee he told her checks it every morning and it is always 99. We informes him that hot tubs,by law, have to be kept at 104 for bacteria growth and he was unaware of that. The 2 cafeteria style restaurants they have do offer variety and are very reasonable price wise. Very friendly staff and the place is clean. But will be looking elsewhere for casino activities next time.

From March 11- March 13, 2022 my friend and I stayed at the Miccosukee Resort & Gaming. While we spent a great deal away from the room, it was a fabulous experience! When we checked in the hostess was very pleasant. I was very thorough with trying to determine why the price was different from online, and she was very patient in explaining the change. The room was very comfortable and the beds were extremely soft. The late night area was food was very mediocre (hot dogs/pizzas), but the staff was very pleasant. We didn't partake in the casino, but everyone seemed to be having fun when we saw them. Overall a great stay for the price (alot of other places were booked at a high price due to Spring Break)!

The room was nice however we woke up to no water through out the whole hotel and was unable to shower or brush our teeth or flush the toilet . We were not offered a comp room for another day or some sort of refund for the inconvenience. Instead we were offered a late check for a hotel with no running water and the inability to flush the toilet. Given that he circumstances he hotel should have closed until the problem was resolved, but it wasn’t. This was unacceptable!!!!

Everything was great. The hotel, room, and casino were all clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here. We stayed here and used the shuttle service to go to the Miami cruise terminal. Everything worked out great. On time and dependable!

I am reading some ugly reviews that may be unfair and based on unreasonable expectations. First, if you're expecting Las Vegas then maybe you should go to Las Vegas. If you want a great getaway and a lovely room at an affordable price and fun gaming this is it. I was on my way home from a flight into FLL and I was very tired and the GPS reported an hour and a half accident on the way home to Key West. At that moment I was approaching The Miccosukee Resort & Casino and I recalled what they did during Hurricane Irma for myself and many others. We were allowed to camp on a carpeted
mezzanine (the rooms were full) and they gave us linens and pillows and treated us as if we were paying guests. I spent four nights until there was finally gasoline available to drive away. With a heart full of gratitude I swore I was coming back as a patron as I remembered the hospitality I was given and at no cost to me.
Well this was the perfect time to check myself in. When I opened the door to the room I was so pleased that I decided to extend my vacation and I went back to the front desk to book another night. I did this again and again until I had stayed for four nights; I enjoyed the place that much. The accommodations were clean and just refreshing. The people that work at this resort were wonderful to me. I enjoyed being there so much that I am planning to go back in May and I am bringing a friend. To a few of the authors of some bad reviews I've read I'm wondering what you were looking for because personally I don't expect a five star hotel for under $200 a night. And one review even suggests the slots are set so they are hard to win so my guess is that if you think ANY casino has games that are designed to win you may be tripping. I give this place five stars because I had a five star experience. It appears that the bad reviews are also the ones that were at least two years old and perhaps they've made some improvements; I do not know. I am inclined to defend this resort not only for my recent visit which was outstanding but too for the kindness they extended to me freely (literally) in the past when they were not obligated to do so. Honestly, I am not a seasoned gambler nor have I been to Vegas but my visit was excellent even if there had been no gambling available. I have decided since the drive is less than three hours away and less expensive than my typical vacation that I will be going there often. Thank you Miccosukee ❤️!!!

Stayed here, very difficult parking for disabled.I had to walk with suitcases a long way since at 3 pm all handicap spaces were taken. There were no carts .Once inside the smell of smoke was everywhere. No one to give you directions and no visible signs. Our room was decent and comfortable bed. The dinner in the night buffet was good but the service was the worse I have experienced. I had to search for someone to refill my tea, waitor never came to our table. Once downstairs, we were there to play but our first machine broke and no one would come to help us. I went 3 times to front and the staff kept telling us that they would call someone, 3 attendants came and said I will be right back, but never showed up. We decided after one hr waiting the loss was not worth our time. Machines were old and even in the small no smoking room the smell of smoke was horrible. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the serive much, much better, Very difficult to understand them as most personnel do no speak english. We won in the machines a little but decided to leave early, again walking with our suitcases . There are much better casinos that in my opinion are much service friendly especially for the handicap and elderly. Will not stay there again.

Haven't been here in a few years and checked reviews prior and some are ruthless! Judge for yourself. We use this place as a stopover heading to the keys, it's halfway and provides a hotel with some casino action. If you are expecting Las Vegas style amenities, just head down the road a bit and there's an outstanding location. However, if you are just trying to get a cheap room for a quick stay and a little fun, this place is great. Most complaints I believe come from people who don't want to pay for the place down the road but they want all the amenities of Vegas. If you are a seasoned gambler and are going to strictly gamble, this is not the place for you. But people should know that just looking at the place. Again, want the amenities but don't want to pay for it. I found the slots to be ok, not loose but not crazy tight either. Machines are either new or very old. A lot of things haven't re-opened, casino in an area where most patrons are latin and live in a 25 mile radius. Half were still wearing masks in June of 22, they are obviously still concerned. Safety? Never felt unsafe at anytime, inside or outside. Drinks? They are not free. Good! If they were, it might not be as safe! If you can't afford $4.00 for an Ultra Light bottle, you have no business walking in the door never mind gambling. Surprisingly we found the room we had to be updated, nothing crazy, but clean, no odors, new bath, shower, very nice. As far as people being rude, every person I interacted with seemed genuinely happy we were there, check-in was empty and took three minutes, if that. They are doing a decent job there considering the environment we are in at this time. You get what you pay for and this place has some pretty decent value, to us anyway for what our expectations are and what we expect to pay for them.

Hard to give a 5 rating as there was good but also some bad at this hotel. Checking in was great. Staff member who checked me in was very friendly, accommodating and efficient. She got us our two rooms an hour early and provided an upgrade to Executive Level Room. The Room was well appointed and clean, but the safe...….who still makes you pay for using their room safes?
The Restaurant we ate at both nights, The Hammock, was nice. Food was excellent, service was good, but the waiters had very little emotion or friendliness. The Deli is where I went for coffee but got different prices for the coffee each time? They do provide free coffee at the check in desk I learned later.
The Casino was okay. No Table Games which makes it poor for me, but okay for my wife. Machines are older or in disrepair. On the Friday night, my wife deposited $20 and nothing happened. It took me over 45 minutes to get anyone to come and assist her as they were fixing other machine problems. One guy told me he had waited over 1.5 hours for help. Payouts on the machine were okay and seemed better than some other casinos I've visited.
Went to the AirBoat tour of the Everglades run by the Tribe (18 miles away) and had a great time.
Overall I would visit again, but found the stay inconsistent

I travel in my RV and stay at the Miccosukee Casino when going to and from the Florida Keys.
The parking lot is open to RV's and it is large.
I have always felt safe when staying there for a night or two.
They now charge $20 / night, just go in and register at the Security Desk

Check in went ok, no problems.
Credit card hold is a little more than normal at $ 100.
Overall appearance was a bit dated but acceptable.
However one of the front entrances was just masonry block lightly finished with coating.
Staff overall was decent but not overly cordial & friendly.
Grill at rear of bingo gaming area was reasonable priced and food was good.
As far as the king room it was clean enough.
TV in this room was out of order and if you want to dry off after your shower with a hand towel then this is the place for you,
no full bath towels were provided.
I didn’t have the strength to bother asking for any.
I’ve had to rough it before. 😀
Overall not bad, you just have better expectations at
$ 179

I know they used to offer a shuttle to MIA for somewhere around $100 each way. Your best bet would be to call the hotel front desk for rates/times.
Miami, Florida
Please know we only give complimentary transportation to Miami International Airport and Port of Miami only. There is a $110.00 charge one way to Fort Lauderdale Airport. And a $220.00 charge for a round trip. A shuttle of 10-14 passengers will pick you up. So if you come with a group of people you can share that expense between the group.
