I have stayed here multiple times over the past few years. It had been awhile since my last visit and was surprized to see that the lobby had been completely renovated since my last visit. The bar is gone but the new set up seemed to be less constraining than it used to be allowing for less congestion at the...

The staff was polite, but the A/C had been set to 60, it was freezing. There was no heat, only A/C and no blankets. Had to use towels to stay warm. Absurd. No closet, quite rudimentary accommodations.

Thank you for your comments concerning the staff. I apologize for the a/c being so cold. I have addressed this with both housekeeping and maintenance to better set the temperatures.HarvRosenthal General Manager

Hotel room walls paper thin could hear the man in next room snoring! Toilet ran for 3 mins after each flush. Hotel room door has 1 inch gab so you can hear everyone walking down hall. Bed had huge dip in it!!! I would never pay $168 to stay a night there again!!!!

This hotel was unable to get the key to work for my room. I had to call for help to get in. I've never seen anything so silly The folks at the front desk were laughing at me. How can keys not work. It is quiet and convenient

With only 6 hours to rest after getting through customs, this was a wonderful, convenient and perfect choice. The room was luxurious. The sheets were crisp. The shower hot and towels plentiful. The staff was helpful.

We stayed here twice during our travels to Dominica. It served a purpose but is leaves a lot to be desired. Small rooms, bad customer service and no continental breakfast that we knew of. showers were not good either. Although, it was convenient to the terminals.

We spend a night here on an overnight connection from Pittsburgh to Key West, then again on the return trip. First, let me say that this hotel is one well kept secret in the airport! It is in Concourse E, right outside of security. Our flights came into Concourse D, and due to airport construction, the E train is not...

The hotel was convenient, which I assume is the main reason anyone stays here. It's clearly an older property, and despite the price tag for the rooms, the hallways look like they belonged to a cheap motel. The rooms are a bit nicer than that, and the only problem I had in my overnight stay was how cold the room...

I stayed there when I was on route to and from Barbados from Canada. Staff were rude, unhelpful and unfriendly. The second time I stayed there on the way back home to Canada I asked for an extra pillow (it was 10pm and I was about to go to sleep) because my single bed only had one. On hour later...

Nice hotel, excellent location, easy access, good price, people are friendly and breakfast included. We did not have a breakfast so we can not say anything about it. A nice thing is that on the tv we can see all information about the airport (departure and arrivals).
