First couples trip since having our third child and Rick made our trip so special. He went above and beyond after a late night flight and long drive to get here and gave us some great recommendations. We would definitely stay here again!
I had a wonderful stay at the Gabriel. The staff is top notch- so friendly and accommodating. The hotel was able to change my room type to a larger room after my friend decided to join me last minute on my trip (special thanks to Trisha at the front desk for making this happen.) There was a free continental breakfast included in our stay. Just be sure to make it clear to the restaurant staff that you'd like the continental breakfast and show them the provided breakfast cards you receive at check in. Unfortunately my friend and I did not clarify this before ordering and we ended up having to pay for our meal because it was not the designated breakfast (which is just fruit + pastries.) We were not aware of this so just wanted to be sure others knew and don't make the same mistake, lol. The room (a deluxe room) was very spacious and clean. I loved that my friend and I had separate sinks and that the shower/tub situation was an entirely other ROOM than the bathroom (the tub was amazing, btw)! Made getting ready really easy and efficient. There's a main pool, two smaller soaking tubs (loved the cold one- so refreshing) and a lap pool. We did not have any issue grabbing lounges around the pool but we also went during the low season. The location is a bit tucked away from the nightlife but many things are a short uber ride away. You can get to Miami Beach in about 15 minutes via car. I would absolutely stay here again, really loved my time here.…
Absolutely the worst hotel experience in 20 years of travel. Staff either didn’t care or was unable to resolve any issues, including the AC not working and room temp being unbearable. Hard to understand how they can stay in business.
5 out of 5. Jeremy was informed, helpful and very nice. The food and drinks were top quality. We had the salmon bagels and the eggwich, yummy. Each waiter/waitress helped the others so everything was seamless. We look forward to our next visit with Jeremy as our server/bartender!
For my husband's 75th birthday, we recently stayed in the Gabriel Miami Downtown. What an awesome experience we had from beginning to end! The property is perfectly situated and within walking distance to so many attractions such as the Frost Museum of Art and Science, Bayside and the beautiful Miami Beach just a short drive away and terrific eclectic restaurants and bars close by. We were always greeted and tended to with great care and finesse especially the front desk staff Ricardo and Daliana and James and Kristy at the bar. The place definitely has charm and elegance and we would visit again. Planning a trip to Miami? Check out the Gabriel Miami Downtown, Curio Collection by Hilton .......you'll love it!
My husband and I stayed at the Gabriel hotel in January for our anniversary and it was a 10/10 experience. The lobby is beautiful, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the location could not be better! It is close to the major highways, and only a 10 minute drive to the beach. There are tons of restaurants in the area also that were delicious and fun to check out. We received excellent service from Sabine at the front desk and from Kristy at the bar. Highly recommend the Gabriel for your next visit to Miami!
My fiance and I stayed here because it is in the middle of everything. There are museums in front, a shopping mall right off the water and south beach is 10 minutes away. You can't beat the views. The staff are also professional and kind. They answered all my questions and made great suggestions. Thank you Ricardo for accommodating us and making the check in process smooth.
Stayed at the Gabriel for just one night had an amazing experience, the hotel itself was very modern and clean. Had a phenomenal experience with Rick at the front desk, the hospitality and service was 10/10.
Excellent stay from the very beginning! We were just staying for a night but Rick at the front desk made it special since we were celebrating our engagement! We will definitely be back to stay again!!
This is a nice small-ish hotel in the heart of South Beach. It is definitely quieter than surrounding establishments. The staff is friendly and the hotel is VERY CLEAN. Housekeeping personnel work very hard all day long cleaning everything. South Beach may be too much of a circus for me to return here, but if I do, I would stay here again. Rooms are on the smaller side but clean and bright.
