I stayed there on 4/4 and had a terrible experience. Low quality rooms, unfriendly staff and a permanent smell in the lobby. Also, know that check in is only available until 11pm. When I arrived, only the parking staff was there. My friends had left me key, but there was mass confusion. For my money, I would say at the...

Ended up there for one night after our hotel was overbooked. This place is old and terrible. I wish I could say it is at least cheap, but I can't because it is not. I am talking only about the facilities and the building, of course. The staff might be friendly and all, but the place looks like terrible. It...

The staff at the front desk were among the most accommodating people I've ever met. Our reservation had been botched by the rental agent, not the hotel staff. The management at the hotel spent 1/2 an hour to accommodate our need for a two bedroom suite. I cannot say enough about how grateful I am to them for making sure...

After reading all the reviews, I was really hesitant to come here for a month with my infant son. However, I came few days before check in to see the property. The receptionist was very friendly, showed me a room that we would occupy and explained what is included and not. My experience has been awesome. Yes, the rooms are...

Stayed 4 my daughter's bachelorette wknd in a 2 bedrooms jr suite. Suite is spacious with balcony and great view. However it's the little things that go a long way. No one welcomes you in the entrance valet area or in the lobby. After waiting 10 min for a luggage cart, it's broken and omg filthy! Then we were told...

We booked our reservation through Roomarama. The photo pictured on the website was not the room we were given upon arrival. Our confirmation stated room 15K (which is an ocean view) Other guests in our party arrived first and were unaware of the ocean view confirmation. Upon our arrival I told and showed the front desk attendant our confirmation. They...

I was told I would have a four bedroom apartment. It ended up being 2 hotel rooms. It is a very old outdated hotel. It has a mold issue and stains on the carpet. We got locked out of our room and the person on duty acted like he could not let us in our room not until we wrote...

We stayed 5 nights here in a one bedroom suite, it was huge. We had a huge lounge with dinning facilities an extremely well equipped kitchen, a large bedroom with ensuite and two walk in closets plus an additional 1/2 bathroom, we would call a cloakroom. With views across the swimming pools and patio area which had plenty of loungers...

The rooms are old and smell very bad. You can find the mold around the window frame, under the carpet, We got sick really bad due to smell of the mold. I do not know why health department and housing department still let this hotel manager or their agents rent it to the tourist consumers.
