Stayed week of 1/10 for business. I've stayed here several times over the past 7 years, generally for business. This time stayed in the eastern tower in a suite. Huge room. A little dated and need of update. Large bathroom. Beautiful pool area, but limited hours of sun due to narrow property. Perfect location. Lobby staff was a little less...

Perfect location off Lincoln Ave and in between lots of high end hotels with a close walk to Ocean Drive. Stayed in a 2 floor bungalow which was very clean and surprisingly quiet. This is great for a few friends or a small family because of the ample room with a pull out coach in the first floor (although the...

I stayed at the sagamore on a Friday night and left my laptop underneath the couch. When I realized 2 days later what I had done I called the hotel to see if they could find it. The assistant GM personally went to the room to try and find it for me. I am from out of town and was...

The Sagamore may be a little tired (apparently renovations are coming), and not super sceney, but we had a pretty damn big two room suite for under $300/night, which was maybe half any other option, or the same price as a double room elsewhere (NB with two boys aged 2 and 7, the days of getting away with just one...

My attendant was Timothy, he was an outstanding gentleman and provided excellent service. My experience was great overall, I have no complaints about the service. Drinks provided, towels were there when I needed it.

Sent here by the Royal Palm after they gave our room away on Christmas night. Staff was not overly friendly, besides the bell man who was wonderful! Part of the hotel is updated and part of it is not. Be aware that you might be getting a room in need of some serious updating. The first room they brought us...

Dear thetrells, Thank you for your valuable feedback as without this we wouldn't be able to address and improve our service. I am pleased to see that you enjoyed the second room you were moved to and had a pleasant rest of your stay. The hotel will be entering renovations soon and we look forward to showcasing our new look...

If you enjoy the finer things in life, this hotel is probably not for you. The cool thing about this hotel is that it's artsy and for the most part the lobby has cool art on the walls but other than that the rooms can use a serious renovation. There really is no one standing by the door to open...

Dear Gaby K, Thank you for providing us with your valuable feedback. This hotel is a great value, its location is prime the rooms are very spacious and the art around the hotel provides a nice vibe and setting. It has the feeling of a vacation apartment rental with daily maid service than hotel. It needs a little tlc, once it receives its planned renovation it will definitely become in the higher...

We booked a "bungalow " for our 3 night stay. The bungalows are closer to the beach on the back side of the hotel. They have 2 floors with a spiral staircase The sagamore has an odd layout in part due to the age of the property and the fact that it's 2 conjoined buildings. You'll find yourself going up...

Dear 297luv2travel, Thank you for your very informative feedback which allows us to truly see where we are missing the mark and improve.
