We stayed at the Baltic with our 5 yr old and 3.5 year old. Our room had a king size bed, which was very comfortable, and 2 single cots for the kids, a full kitchen and bathroom. We prefer a more personal, comfortable experience over the anonymity that comes with staying at large/luxury hotels. We found Christine to be so...

We had a nice stay there. The lady taking care of the place was helpfull and easy to talk with. Enjoyed the guy who came by and played the piano. Lots of good ethnic restaurant close to the hotel. Close to the beach and to the bus.

We booked one night here through Expedia. We just needed someplace to stay before going on a cruise the next day. When we arrived just after midnight the doors were locked. After rousing the proprietor we were subjected to a horrible comedy: she couldn't find her glasses, couldn't read the computer screen, didn't have our reservation and didn't have a...

We had a great experience in Baltic Hotel. Cristina is an excellent host, very helpful and always worried about her guests needs. It is a very small hotel, 1 block from the beach and since it is North Miami Beach, you do not need to worry about parking, traffic and crowds of the South Beach - which for me was...

Preparing for a 2 week stay in Florida we chose Baltic because of the relative homliness offered compared to the zillions of bland and expensive hotels that thrust their adverts at you. Some of the previous reviews gave a quirky impression but read between the lines and know that Christina is a fantastic and cheerful person who perhaps to a...

Came down to Miami for 3 nights. We were looking for a reasonably priced small hotel. The Baltic was just okay, definitely not as clean as previous reviewers said. Parking was a bit of an issue. Breakfast was really mediocre. Frankly, could not wait to leave.

I stayed at Baltic hotel for 10 days with my husband, everything was very, very clean and the sheets had this wonderful clean smell. Christine the owner is a sweetheart and will help you with anything, including ordering food or calling a cab. Don't believe in the bad reviews here, see for yourself, there is no way you won't fall...

Hostess (and owner) Christine was friendly and more than helpful with local information. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Conveniently located in Miami Beach @ 77th St. Local shops and eateries are a short walk and only a block from the beach. The cost was much more reasonable than the larger more impersonal hotel chains. Would highly recommend the Baltic.

We stayed here two nights. This bed and breakfast was the best part of our stay. Christina is a delightful woman. Our room was extremely nice and I have to say the bed was the best we slept in for the entire trip. This hotel is one block off of Miami Beach. She has a small area for parking which...

I stayed here for 3 nights in February with my husband. The overall experience was pleasant. This hotel is not in the closest location to most of the things you want to do in Miami and usually a minimum of a 10-15 minute drive to get anywhere. But we didn't find that too troubling ourselves. The one thing that was...
