Place is within walking distance to the Beach. The hotel includes 3 buildings. Our rooms were in the buildings over the FKU restaurant and were quiet and great. Shower was huge. There is a small but nice pool on the roof of this building. The open bar from 7-8 in the evening of gyuest was a huge plus!

I booked my stay here very last minute after a flight cancellation. I'm glad I did! The front desk staff - Reno, Richard, Roberto, Diego and Armando - were all very professional, accommodating and friendly. The happy hour and outdoor sitting area were both a huge plus as well.

I couldn't have booked a better hotel for the price. Great location in south beach. Maxine room was a great size for 2 ppl. Bathroom was kind of small for 2 women. Living Lare room was even better. Very roomy and luxurious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They always greet you pleasantly. I will return again.

This is my second time at this property! I had an enjoyable stay the first time but this time it was even better! First of all the location can't be more central.Theres something for all tastes within walking distance in any direction. It literally takes two minutes to reach the beach. And for those who prefer poolside; their rooftop pool...

A perfect location for adults. Close to beach, Art deco quarters, Espanola way, restaurants etc. The hotel's two restaurants served amazing food. The hotel standard is maximum a 3 star. The checkin process is slow and the hotel needs to do an upgrade of the facility. It is a bit worn out. We do appreciated the rooftop cabanas but the...

Pictures are accurate. We booked on Hotel.com. $106 each night for 2 nights. Excellent value. The front lobby is small, reception is a little overwhelmed, and the hotel is configured a little oddly. There are 3 separate buildings in a row that make up the hotel. In each case you have to walk through a restaurant or a bar to...

The hotel was located in a perfect location. It's was a block away from the beach. We had access to the best spots in town all by a walking distance or a $5 uber ride. The hotel was clean and the room was flawless. There's nothing really to complain about the room. Nonetheless, I stayed at the 3rd floor and...

I would recommend not to use this place. I wouldnt call this a hotel but a motel. Staff was not friendly. Rooms were to small. Too pricey for this place. $98 for a queen bed and small room. They did not have hot water in shower. Only one linen provided. Even room was not clean at all.

Hey there to you! Thanks for writing to us! We are very sad to hear your time with us wasn't a perfect glowing one. We are a bit to surprised to hear your time was so poor and that you didn't love everything- our guests usually write raving about their time with us. We hope you will still come again...
