Is is gauche to speak of money? I am about to be gauche. This is a very expensive hotel for the average traveler. The purpose in staying here is to luxuriate and be pampered. If that is your aim, stay elsewhere. The lobby, bar and pool are lovely. Unfortunately, you can't stay in any of them; you must go to...

Dear TRMoorehead, I am so sorry to read about your experience. I understand that there are different styles for others expectations when it comes to the actual facilities. I will be sure, however to address the perception you had with the staff, specifically the Front Desk as this is not what we are here for. I do want to remind...

Liked to stay at the hotel. In the first line of the beach. The beach support should include an umbrella on top of the beds and toalls. Mantains the vintage charm. Room was just quite small but all very clean. The promissed Ocean view is not exactly a realitty as were were only on the 2nd floor.

The Raleigh is a great getaway to relax in a quite atmosphere right in the heart of south beach. The proximity to beach, the cleanliness of the facility, the excellent service and beautiful pool area makes it a very pleasant stay. The quality of the food is extraordinary and the staff's friendliness is outstanding. In the money eating south beach...

The Raleigh is a hotel with many good points but the bad seem to push them to the side. The pool & out door facilities are fantastic, great food and awesome huge pool. Inside, the lobby is great and well fit out. The rooms however are old, so old. They need renovating badly, furnishings are dated.. Aircon extremely loud you...

Hotels in Miami - especially Miami Beach - can be very snooty, poorly serviced and underwhelming. That's why I was so surprised by the hospitality, service and value at the Raleigh when I organized a brunch for a friend's birthday and then rented a cabana by the pool for the day. Corina was part of the staff that helped my...

The Raleigh is a wonderful property, with all the sophisticated charm you could possibly ask for, in a great, central South Beach location. My girlfriend and I have been to South Beach a couple of times. We've stayed at the Shore Club, which is a great property. But last time we were there, it was full of the kind of...

We flew to Florida for a family affair and decided to stay a couple extra days and drive to South Beach to see what almost everyone else we know had long ago visited. On the recommendation of a friend that the hotel was quiet, we booked two nights in The Raleigh... the friend was correct! The hotel is on Collins...

Staff is wonderful, polite and helpful. After providing exceptional service Dayan, a valet, suggested writing a review when I had a moment. I am more than happy to comply since I can say the same thing about each aspect of my 5 day stay. Waiters, beach/pool attendants, bartenders, maids, concierge and front desk were all equally at the top of...

The staff was excellent and very accommodating. The hotel itself leaves a great deal to be desired. Our room was miniscule, barely room enough to move about. While clean, it was very worn and tired. The bathroom was scarcely bigger than a lavatory stall at the airport and very old and inconvenient. Prices at the hotel restaurant and bar were...
