Check in was smooth and the staff were nice. The rooms were a bit tight but luckily there was only 3 of us in the room. the location is ideal because it's only a block from the beach and nightlife. It's across the street from Walgreens and other variety of stores. There's a really good sandwich and smoothie stand called...

This is a bargain hotel so it has its issues, especially like the wiring only a few outlets. But a good deal for an all guys or all girls trip where you are likely to spend less time in the room. They even have a nice patio facing the walgreens across the street, so you still see plenty of action...

It is an ok place, i was on budget and i wanted to feel the beach and i got what i wanted. relatively old but feels clean, breakfast was nothing fancy, valet parking is ridiculously expensive, use the public parking just a block away, i wish there was a refrigerator in my room

Thank you Serdar for your review. We are int he process of doing a "face-lift" to our installations :-). We hope to have them ready soon and that you can visit us again. We know that valet parking may seem expensive but prices are regulated by the City of Miami Beach and still cheaper than other big cities such as...

I tried booking at this hotel but ended up cancelling my reservation a month in advance. Through booking.com I had free cancellation until 3 days to arrival but they ended up charging me anyway! I tried speaking to Ingrid in sales and she was beyond rude and very condescending. I even tried reaching out to Venecia the general manager, and...

Dear LotusFlower, if you would take the time to read the policies for deposit stated in the agreement you signed with the hotel when you book your room, you should understand where it reads "Deposit Policy: 100% of the first night will be charged a any moment after this reservation is confirmed", then you wouldn't felt mistreated as you are...

Best hotel in area for the price. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay again. The only complaint was the noise from the other rooms. I would stay here again when I visit Miami. Best hotel for the value.

This hotel is right in the centre of south beach and is only a two minute walk from the beach. The room was a decent size and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and overall the hotel was very clean. It was noisy at night, however I suspect that anywhere along Collins Street would be noisy...

I stayed here for one night and it had the basic essentials. The bathroom was very nice and clean, beds were comfortable and clean however the elevator did not work so we had to walk up and down the stairs and in the morning, it was almost impossible to stay asleep due to the outside traffic and the paper thing...

We spent there only one night and were satisfied. Price was ok, room was nice and clean. Staff was helpful. The location is really great. One block from beach, many good restaurants and bars in area. Only weakness was 30$ for one-night parking.

Ideally located for Miami beach. Hotel is fairly basic and in need of some tender loving care. Positives location and complimentary wine hour (when bar staff turn up!) Negatives include the safe having only 4 numbers that work. Breakfast is a real poor experience a bit like being in a rugby scrum. Produce at breakfast would survive a nuclear explosion...

I always recommend this hotel to friends. It's a block away from the beach and a block away from shopping on opposite directions. A evening glass of wine is offered to the guest after a day at the beach is so appreciate. The rooms are decorated like a scene from a European Villa and the courtyard is filled with people...
