My husband and I had a wonderful time at The Adora Inn. We stayed in The Tree House Room which was charming! The food was delicious, hosts were most gracious, and accommodations very comfortable. The Inn is a short walk to all the shops and restaurants. We would recommend to anyone. It's a short 2 hour trip from Jacksonville Beach.

Having moved to Florida last year, we seek to learn more about this beautiful state by exploring other areas. Mt. Dora is a quaint village on the edge of a large lake - a peaceful and romantic destination for those who crave the opportunity to slow down the pace. Adora Inn is a beautifully updated home, formerly a duplex...complete with...

We arrived late afternoon and went straight out to eat at one of the nearby restaurants recommended by Arthur. All the shops and restaurants and the waters edge are a very short and pleasant walk away. The room was very comfortable and it was actually nice not to have a television taking up space. Breakfast was delicious and the conversation...

We felt very welcomed. The house is lovely and the decor simple but very tasteful. The owners were gracious and the breakfast was great. The house is just 2 short blocks away from the town/shops. They offer packages which you may want to look into. I definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to spend a relaxing time.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Adora Inn for just one night but I wish it could have been more. We were warmly greeted by John, one of the owners, and given advice on retaurants (try the Thai one!) and shops in town before we were escorted to the clean and comfortable Vanilla room. We slept soundly in the...

Walk a couple of blocks and you are in the heart of all...

My friends got me a gift certificate for the Adora Inn for my birthday - what a great present! My husband and I stayed in the Vanilla Room, a treehouse-like space with beautiful windows and a very comfortable bed.
