Excellent base from which to explore west Wales. The Inn is clean and attractive inside and the outside seating area is picturesque. The Staff are friendly and attentive. Jan the owner is so friendly as are all the staff. The rooms are clean and tidy and during these COVID times all rules are complied with. There’s lots of car parking so no need to worry there.

We stopped here for food on our recent trip to Pembrokeshire. The staff seemed a little disinterested in what was going on around them. Took a long time to recieve our drinks. It’s set on a beautiful beachfront (not sand, rocks) with fantastic views but honestly, there’s not much more going for it. It is pub grub at best, staff were more interested in socialising between themselves and it’s looking a little run down around the pub. There are a lot of much better options we stumbled upon within a few miles of here. We prefer a non frozen meal!

A lovely couple of nights - made to feel very welcome by the owners. Relaxing with great views and food. Car park over the road for patrons. A good base to explore the area. Justifiably popular for both those in the hotel and locals using the bar and restaurant. Recommended

We have just spent an excellent 3 night stay at the Ferry House Inn and it exceeded our expectations. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. Our room was fresh, modern and bright with an incredible view across the estuary. There was everything in the room you would need and everything was of the highest quality. The food at the Ferry Inn is excellent and they will change anything for you if you ask. The portions were large and the food was top quality. The Ferry House Inn has a lovely atmosphere and we look forward to returning again.

We really enjoyed a three day break using the Ferry House Inn as our base. We were greeted warmly and shown to our spacious room which had a wonderful view across to Pembroke Docks. The room had everything you could have wanted and we found that all the staff were delightfully friendly and always solved any problems we had. The Inn is a family run concern, it has been in the same families hands for close on sixty years, and the many of the other staff have worked there for many years. The atmosphere is friendly and casual but Steve and Jan have an eye for detail. The breakfast was excellent and the lovely lady running the dining room is also the cook and if you want a slight change to what is offered she is happy to oblige if at all possible. There is a good restaurant for

Joined a family party and had a great time in the function room with a first class buffet with homemade salads, silky smooth smoked salmon and fresh cooked meats. We will return to enjoy their usual menu which looked great.

My husband and I went here for lunch last week and for the first time. It was very quiet and we had a choice of window seats - looking out over the Cleddau estuary at the boats was fascinating. There were lots of seabirds on the shore in front of us and flying over the water. When we saw the menu we thought it seemed a bit expensive but ordered pate to start and then I had scampi and my husband steak. When the food came the portions, trimmings, and quality of the food put the cost out of our minds; it was fantastic value for money and served by friendly staff who did all to ensure that we enjoyed our visit. Will certainly return.

Stayed here for 1 night on a business trip. A lovely change from the sterile Premier Inns I stay in. Great location over the bay, quiet area and chance to have a coastal walk. The staff were lovely, really friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed my evening meal in the restaurant overlooking the sea.
