The Bilit Rainforest Lodge is well accessable by road. The last 10 minutes of the trip are to cross the Kinabatangan River. Cabins are spacious, clean, and airconditioned. Yet they give the sensation of sleeping inside the jungle. Elephants come (witnessed by droppings and footprints)...More

Hi Darryl. Bilit lodge is a few hours drive from Sepilok where the Orang u tang sanctuary is. If you want to stay near the Orang Sanctuary- try Sepilok Jungle Resort - we loved it. Bilit lodge (loved this place too) is on... More
