Quick check in and out contactless! Really fast elevators in spite of the number of rooms and guest I didn’t wait more than 30 seconds for a lift. Great sized room with very big TV! Quick respond on requests with room service.
Absolutely loved this property. Upscale, modern, clean. Rooms are fantastic. Self parking was so far and rather sketchy - my only negative. Wish there was an indoor walkway to them. Pool area is phenomenal. I stayed at the Grand Cypress Property and still prefer this one. The valet was super helpful when I could not find the latch for my rented convertible roof, he knew exactly where it was. I would not recommend this property for those with children - the Grand Cypress would be perfect. We had an enviable pool area view
Booked 2 rooms last minute due to a snow storm coming our way. We couldn’t have been more happy. Everything from check in to check out was smooth. Great location. Great customer service. Great rooms! Nice amenities. Would definitely stay again.
When I first checked in my room smelled like mildew and damp towels, the front desk sent maintenance to my room over 3 times . We agreed I would stay in the room one night because the hotel was full and in the morning they would do an ozone treatment. The next night when I got back to my room the room still smelled nasty and management admitted they forgot . They then changed my room to an upgraded suite for no charge . It was a pain to pack up but the view was nice .
Was very welcoming, clean and a great full service resort. Pool area was awesome. The market with Starbucks made for a perfect morning coffee. Very close to the Pointe which had a ton restaurants and things to do.
I booked this hotel last minute because another hotel did not work out and they had room for me for six days to reserve. From the phone, call to making the reservations, check in, pool side service, restaurant, service, and stores, everybody was polite and made us feel welcomed.
If you are headed to Orlando, FL for business on pleasure, this would be the picture place to stay. The staff is professional, attentive and pleasant. Two Towers with 28 floors and the were to capacity during our four day - three night stay; yet at no time did we feel overwhelmed. From the restaurants to the Market - this Hotel has thought of everything for your enjoyment and comfort. My wife and I have a plant-based diet and we were able to easily find selections for breakfast Lunch q and Dinner. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.
I stayed for 4 days while attending a convention. The property is modern, clean, and elegant. Everyone on the staff that I interacted with was pleasant and helpful. I will note that the Fiorenzo Italian Steakhouse is VERY expensive! However, there are more reasonable dining options available.
Beautiful pool and nice restaurants/markets within the hotel. Room was clean but bathroom smelled of urine upon arrival and entire week of stay. Was given a smaller room than what was paid for due to overbooking.
The Club level is amazing, their Club lounge is excellent - top notch. I highly recommend it. Great breakfast and dinner food options, not just the basics. Delicious raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, and other fruit. Smoked salmon, breads, cheese & meats. A whole vat of crispy bacon! Espresso and other beverages. Very nice and professional staff.
