Absolutely gross experience! Roaches all over the hotel and room. We booked the room online for one night stop before getting on a cruise ship. Upon arrival to the hotel, we waited in the lobby to check in for about 30 minutes before anyone even came to the front desk. After checking in and entering our room; there were roaches on the ceiling. I turned the pillow and there were roaches running from under it on the bed. Disgusting! We left immediately. Received a refund from front desk but the attendant wasn’t surprised about us finding roaches. We went and stayed at a nearby hotel. Upon checking in, the attendant mentioned that many guests complain about roaches at that property. Stay away!

Nice placed once you're in the room but the hallway carpet needs cleaning. I think people live here. Many kids running around. no cookware but has cooktop. Full size fridge. I needed late checkout, but not allowed.

Don't recommend staying here this is roach infested hotel. Management sucks and don't care and if you stay here long term they'll jack up the rate unexpectedly and not tell you. Find a different extended stay!!!!!!!!!!!!

The staff here are very friendly, rooms are clean. Large parking lot. Nice laundry facilities, rooms are spacious and clean. No trash on the ground. No hookers in the parking lot. Very safe. Parking lot is well lit

I don't normally write reviews but ive ALWAYS been told that I got to give credit where credit is due and I must say I could give ten thumbs up if possible the customer service and satisfaction I got every time I've EVER stayed here it's been amazing and there's a young lady at the front desk with checks you in her name is Bailey she was SO awesome great memory SHE REMEMBERED MY NAME even after I hadn't been there in 4 months definitely impressed me she was also very bubbly kind-hearted and humble but most of all her and the manager were so very accommodating thanks ladies,if you ever get a chance to stay here l highly recommended this hotel . Stayed at the Woodspring suites near sea world. The location was great but this was definately the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It was extremely dirty. I had to wear shoes in the room or my feet would be black. Stayed for three days....never recieved any housekeeping or change of towels. Only pressure to leave the room on check out date so they could get in and "clean", which clearly they never do! Two bath towels and two wash rags for all three days. On our day of check out we were 7 minutes late and the door automatically locked us out. had to get a new key to get the rest of our stuff out. There were no ice makers and no ice trays in the refrigerator. The hallways were filthy, the pool was filthy, full of garbage.There was no safe in the room. It felt like a flop house more than a hotel. I will never go for economy instead of quality again. Learned my lesson.…

I came to stay for a week and a half due to a personal emergency. I was amazed with the excellence and respect I was treated by the General Manager Néstor Olazar and his staff. Their hospitality and kindness towards guests is a very uncommon thing to find in the days we are living. If you are looking for a safe, clean, and family friendly place to stay with a wonderful atmosphere, look no more. This is your home outside your home. I have stayed at the WoodSpring Suites located at 1934 McCoy Road for the past six months. I recently relocated to Orlando to start a job and staying here provides me an opportunity to learn the area before purchasing a home. I am very satisfied with my stay and have no complaints. The property is clean and well maintained and appears to be either new or recently renovated. My room looks exactly like the photos on its website. The bed is comfortable, the appliances are new, the walls are freshly painted, the floor shows no wear and the decor has a modern, contemporary feel. Nestor is the general manager. He is kind, courteous, personable and accommodating. This is true of every staff member in which I’ve interacted. I’m given clean towels, linens, toilet tissue and trash bags whenever requested. I have not had any security issues and find the area safe, the parking lot and immediate area well lit free of loitering. The property offers a weekly rate that is significantly less than the accumulative daily rate making my stay both affordable and an excellent value. Please know I’ve never written a review of a hotel or motel stay but felt compelled in this instance after reading reviews that are in stark contrast to my experience. If you are thinking about staying here, then I suggest you do and bet you’ll be happy with your stay. I hope this helps with your decision.…

Waited 20 minutes before front desk clerk arrived to check me in. "Courtesy" phone in lobby routes to an off-site call center and the rep "tries" to get in touch with someone on site. Some system! Hallway stunk like feet and my room smelled like muddy, wet dogs (it was not a 'dog' room like others). Refrigerator made an awful noise (so I unplugged it). No iron/board. No shampoo. Probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

Horrible nasty creepy Checkin pleasant . went to eat and came back around 8 PM. No one at desk. Just a sign to contact someone if needed. bugs coming out of the woodwork. Cockroaches.... Saw one, then two, then three. packed up and sat on bed with my husband. He was disgusted with the place. Then 5-6-7-8 came out. Must of alled their friends. Kept all lights on and headed for the airport at 3AM. Parking lot trash everywhere and broken glass .Slept there. Gross. Disgusting.
