We stayed at Wilderness Lodge in November 2013. The Christmas decorations are spectacular. The location is great and the buses were all very efficient. The rooms are nice with great theming and comfy beds. The pool was warm enough for November weather although it was a little too cold for us to swim at night.

We just returned from a 6 night stay at the WL. We've stayed at The Beach Club, The Yacht Club, The Polynesian, The Grand Floridian, The Contemporary, and the moderate resort Port Orleans. We decided to stay at WL because of its proximity to Magic Kingdom, and since the monorail was down during our stay during the day, it wasn't...

My wife and I enjoyed a three day, two night stay at the Wilderness Lodge. The accommodations and grounds were super. We ate at the Artist Point, their family restaurant Called Whispering Canyon Cafe, and their self serve restaurant. They have three $ levels of eating places and it was great for big families. Transportation to the parks was great....

This was my family's first trip to Disney. We opted to pay more for the benefits of a top Disney property after much consultation with friends. While the Wilderness Lodge lived up to our expectations in terms of facility and location, we found the amenities and staff to be quite disappointing. I travel a great deal on business and stay...

I recently stayed at the Wilderness lodge 4 days, 3 nights primarily for the Disney Princess Half Marathon. Free shuttle service couldn't have been better-got us there safely and efficiently. The hotel was definitely built to theme, but not kitchy which I was worried about. The staff was friendly, efficient with their ipads for quick check in and assistance. The...

This is our third time at the Wilderness Lodge and we stay on the Concierge Level. We are always well received when we arrived and are personally led to our room as well as introduced to the Old Faithful Club which is the well stocked kitchen, serving breakfast, snack lunch, light dinner and then after dinner desserts and drinks. Stayed for 14 days in December. Lobby has real wow factor, 6 stories high with huge christmas tree. Reception staff very friendly and helpful, booked a number of dining options throughout Disney World resort with them. Helpful in booking taxi's to mall and sea world. Enjoyed two good meals at Wispering Canyon Cafe and quick counters at roaring folk. Nice...

Wilderness Lodge has one of the most breathtaking atriums in America and all the amenities you need for a great stay. Beautiful stream emanates from the floor of the giant lobby, goes under a wall and flows to an outdoor waterfall that then flows into the large pool. Convenient to the Magic Kingdom by car, bus, or boat service. Restaurants...

This was our 3rd trip to Disney World and 1st stay at the Wilderness Lodge - and we absolutely loved it. Our room was a courtyard view, with a queen bed plus bunks; with 3 adults and a child, it was tight but manageable. Rooms are very comparable to the Animal Kingdom Lodge. Our first floor location was ideally close...

We just returned from our stay with this resort. Our last stay was at the Floridian, which was wonderful and magical. The Lodge is fantastic as well! Keep in mind that it is also around 200 dollars cheaper a night which is great on savings for a deluxe disney resort. You travel to Magic Kingdom by boat which takes approx....
