We stayed here in November and had the most amazing time. The hotel is so close to Disney and the free bus service the hotel provides ran so well. - they were always on time and there were plenty of seats available.

Throughout our stay we had the breakfast buffet.
The waiters were amazing- so friendly, polite and cheerful. They are the best waiters we’ve ever had and are a credit to your hotel.

We can’t wait to stay at the hotel again.

Stayed there last week on a business conference. They have nice conference rooms and there are quite a bit of company conferences held there. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and nice. The rooms are very quiet, i haven't heard any noise from my neighbors. Everyone is very polite and the La Luce restaurant serves up some nice Italian food for either dine in or take out. They have a nice river pool and the ground is huge. Also a golf course right by. Everything you want in a luxury resort, plus very close to disney. Definitely would come back again.

This hotel was very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. To minimize the contact between staff and guess, housekeeping only comes to you’re room upon request. All the staff are wearing masks all day, they are wiping doors, tables, pool chairs and the bar. This is probably the cleanest hotel I ever stayed in. Usually the normal spots to find dust or dirt like under the sink and bathroom was absolutely cleaned perfect. The hotel is only at half capacity, some of the restaurants are closed but overall my family enjoyed the lazy river. Special thanks to the front office team for making our stay enjoyable, Jenn , Greta, Emma and Veronica. Thank you!

We stayed for my husband's birthday on Friday & Saturday night, and the first night was ok.. the room was clean, the bed was average comfort level and the hotel decor was nice. It wasn't until we came back from the pool that we realized the tiny bottle of shampoo (which was more like scented water) was not enough to actually wash an adult's hair after swimming in the pool.. so after everyone had there makeshift shower we went to bed. The next day we left for the park and were told the shuttle to return to the hotel would pick us up at Hollywood Studios at 6:15 so we were at the pick up location from 5:45-6:45 waiting on a bus that never came, we were then forced to call an uber, because were already running late for our 6:45 birthday dinner reservations, afterward we hit the pool for the evening, when we returned from the pool we realized that the housekeeping never visited our room to refill our watered down toiletries or our towels, much less to make up the beds. That was the last straw for me. In my opinion/experience the level of customer service we would expect and what we actually recieved from a hotel of this category and price point was very subpar. I would be very hesitant to ever stay here again.

My wife read about this place in a Disney book. We were impressed by what we can see online. We were even more impressed when we arrived for our stay. I can’t say anything bad about any of the staff. They were all great! Front Desk, Concierge, restaurant staff, beach bar staff, recreation director all went above and beyond to make our stay spectacular.
The room was modern and very clean. The maid service was very detail oriented and left their own special touch in the room every day.
The grounds and pool area are excellent. If you’re spending a week at Disney, take a day to relax at the pool and lazy river. Getting a cabana is a great way to relax for the day. The pool staff and recreation director were great.
I’d give this resort 5 stars. We will be back.

We were looking for a hotel considered to be a 'Disney Property Hotel' so we could take advantage of transportation instead of renting a car, but didn't want to spend thousands staying on at a Disney Property, so we found this hotel and thank God we did!

We stayed for WDW Marathon weekend, and after we booked we realized the perks of booking with them. They provided transportation at 3am which zzzzzz but they did provide breakfast, waters, poweraid. They had an amazing staff who cheered and pumped us up at 3am as if we won the race already.

The transportation worked out fairly well but we didn't get informed of where exactly the buses could be found so for almost each park we were walking around a while trying to figure it out since it isn't considered a Disney Bus. Literally finding the bus in Epcot after the race had to have taken us 45 minutes because each person we asked had no idea where to direct us to. If you do miss the bus or don't feel like waiting around, each uber we took no matter to/from which park was only around $10. So very worth it.

The rooms were super clean every day, the staff is nice, food is good, bar is great. We didn't get to take advantage of their pool & lazy river because I didn't pack a bathing suit but it looked awesome.

Absolutely will be booking this hotel every year I return to Disney. Very happy we found it!

What I like about Hilton is the responsiveness to customer feedback and requests via the mobile app. They are quick to respond and work hard to fulfill the ‘Get It Right’ promise. What you won’t get is a late checkout past 1230 pm which is disappointing given that we have a very large party checking out by 1130 am due the last day of a week long business conference. However, you get to deposit your bags at the bell service. If you are planning on ordering from amazon and get it delivered, expect that you will be charged a fee as the mail items are all handled by a FedEx facility onsite. Stick to Uber or Lyft if you are going around. They are easy to book and quick. Generally, can’t go wrong with Hilton if you want something better. This hotel has a nice jogging track and I like it that the cafe and bar is open till late at night. What is a nice surprise for me is that the bathroom is well stock with towels unlike many who supply you with just barely enough ... the staff here are helpful. They have many fireplaces to relax at the lobby. Quite nice.

Absolutely loved our stay here! We planned a 5 day trip for WDW and chose this hotel as all the Disney ones were sold out. We were able to get a deluxe connecting family room for the same price as one room at a Disney resort and this was 1,000 times better. 2 rooms with queen beds that connected to each other with plenty of room for 3 adults and 2 kids (and even more if we had more). Beds and pillows were comfy, room was clean, a great pool view! We didn’t plan on using the pool at all (thought we would be at WDW more) but we were in the resort pool every day! SO perfect for kids as it was not too deep but also great for adults with the lazy river. We ate at the breakfast buffet most mornings, had in room dining once and ordered from the pool restaurant multiple times- NEVER a bad meal! And we never had to wait on food long at all. Also never had to wait on an elevator, which is a huge plus. The kids loved the arcade in the lobby as well. The staff was above and beyond the friendliest staff of any resort I’ve been to- everyone from check in to check out, the bar and restaurant staff and especially the valet guys. They brought us cold waters everyday before heading out to WDW and had our car pulled up within 3 minutes of being outside. Also, we never got any weird looks for our loud children lol. In fact, the waiters at the breakfast Buffett would play around with them when they were acting a little extra and get them laughing, making us feel at ease when you have loud crazy kids in a restaurant. Seriously I can’t recommend this resort enough. I didn’t have one bad experience here and you won’t either!

We’ve been staying here every couple of years since it opened. We’ve had a lot of good memories here so I can’t be too harsh. It was great when our kids were young, but there is nothing really to do there other than the pool, lazy, river, and very small single small water slide. I am not sure how they can justify a $45 resort fee. For contrast, the Hyatt Grand Cypress a couple miles away which we also stayed at charges a $38 daily resort fee, has much more expansive and lush grounds, has no lazy river but has a large pool with water slide and multiple water falls, as well as mini golf, a pretty nice 8 hole par 3 golf course, beach volleyball, a lot of bikes, a long path around the grounds, a pool table, and a multitude of water sports items to use (stand up paddleboards, paddleboats, kayaks), all free to use for guests. The Hilton Bonnet Creek has none of these things. I realize that it costs money to launder towels, keep the pool clean, and operate shuttles to Disney (a nice convenience we’ve used many times—maybe they justify $30 parking by thinking we save $30 by not parking at Disney?) but the Hilton $45 resort fee should really be about $15. While the zero entry pool and lazy river are great for the little ones, the hotel is fairly boring for any child over the age of 10, unless they just want to lie in the sun and do nothing. Self-parking, as mentioned, is crazy at $30/ night. It’s a little like airline tickets now- they get you in with the low base fare and then nickel and dime you. Otherwise it is clean and well kept, though it should be for a resort only 10 years old. The breakfast buffet just reopened post pandemic, and it is good but pricey as is typical for these places (kids 12 and under half off, which was appreciated); the buffet servers, especially Rocky, are very friendly and a great asset to the hotel. Anyway, thanks for all the memories, but I think we need to move on!

Thanks to all the friendly and service oriented employees at the Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek for making my stay October 23-27 magical. This 81 year old was in Orlando for my great niece's wedding at Disney World. My room at the Signia was clean, spacious, and quiet - a great King bed room for me. My chosen Disney view room was super far from the elevators so they did move me closer to the elevators in a non-Disney room and credited me with a discount for the lack of the Disney view. My advise is that my view toward Disney Springs on the 16 floor was as good or even better than the Disney view from my originally assigned room. Because I was with other family in activities, I was not in my room when any Disney fireworks were maybe visible to the Disney view rooms. I did eat breakfast usually coffee and pastry in the coffee shop and they smiled and greeted me each morning. I ate lunch in the restaurant one day and the service was quick and friendly. The front desk people all worked with me locating me in my room after I discovered how far my chosen room was from elevators and waved or greeted me every time I passed through the now completed and open lobby. As a Diamond Hilton Honors guest they provided me complimentary bottled water every day just for the asking. Lastly, the outside valet people were very friendly and offered great assistance locating the Disney Parks bus waiting area and when I checked out they provided a cart and took me and my luggage to the Mears transportation pick up location. Yes, I would definitely return to the Signia if I were to return to Disney World.

When we were there, the shuttle wouldn't have worked to make it to early entry. However, I recommend confirming with their shuttle schedule which can be found on the transportation page of the Signia and cross reference it with the park hours in the Disney World App to see how it will be for your day. We found it very easy and affordable to get an uber/lyft from this hotel. Just remember that only Minnie Vans (special Lyfts driven by CMs) can take you directly to the MK (at least that is policy at the time of me writing this) so budget extra time to transfer from the TTC if you're taking a regular uber/lyft.
