wilson at David’s was excellent. He was training new staff and had a smile on his face and was patient with them as he was teaching them everything. Quick trip to Orlando, check-in smooth professional, Front Desk team, Farrah, Darien & Giuliano, perfect, welcoming with a helpful attitude with great informative information that enhanced our stay. The pool bar restaurant was wonderful, staff attentive and professional, my son loved the lazy river!! Tropics Pool bar and grill has an amazing group in their staff, Erika, Michael and Gaylord were just exceptional, professional, fun and service oriented. Enhanced our time at the pool! Kat, the manager, must have a Masters in Customer Service, it’s clear she leads from the front! Just Fantastic! Overall, fantastic stay, due mainly to the staff, room and fantastic fireworks display, best review states: We’ll be back!! Well done Hilton Orlando!!

We stayed here only for 1 night just to return to another hotel because they’re fully booked on the day. Everything is awesome, the hotel is amazing, especially the pool and the service. Naufal helped me with the check in process, the most pleasant front desk staff that I’ve ever met, with the biggest smile! He explained every facility clearly and even arrange our family room to be close to each other. Definitely would find him again on my next stay!

Great family vacation. The hotel was beautiful and the staff was so friendly and helpful. We rented pool cabana #21 our last full day at the hotel to have a relaxing day, with Erica as our server. She was AMAZING! She worked her trail off to make sure we were taken care of every second...and we were!

Durning NCAA tournament we went to Spencers steak house food was great and Salina was a joy! Lovely bartender! Would recommend, steaks were very good and the pasta was excellent!. Friendly service and very accommodating.

This gorgeous hotel has so many fun activities on property for our teenage boys whether it’s cold or hot. The boys had a blast playing basketball and sitting by the fire pit. The 24hour Scratch Kitchen was a lifesaver for busy our baseball schedule in Orlando. We have stayed here for years, and they keep making it better and better. We can’t wait to book our next visit.

Nice bed, 2 free bottles of water a day, breakfast had lots of gluten free goods not my thing but everything else was good, lunch was good. The 24 hr market was good, had a pizza and a chicken quesdilla very good, they had chocolate muffins once there but didn't see it again it was very good missed seeing it more

We had our flight cancelled last minute by West Jet and we’re given vouchers to stay over night for the next flight. We selected Hilton Orlando and we’re not disappointed, the staff were very courteous to our situation, gave us a nice room and sorted out the payments and meal charges all part of the bill to the airline. The hotel has good facilities, in house dining and bars. The lobby is very spacious. This is a solid hotel with pleasant staff. We didn’t get chance to sample the pool area and lazy river as not there long enough but looked great. Thanks again Hilton Orlando, a decent hotel in the International Drive area.
