Great atmosphere and friendly staff!! Visiting for dance convention and the property is conveniently located off International drive. Pool area is nice, they even have a game room for the kids. Elijah at the outside bar is amazing and attentive! Would definitely recommend.

Just the most amazing experience and atmosphere. The entire staff was awesome and attentive especially Katie Owen! Our room was nicer than we could have imagined! The pool there is awesome! I love that it has a beach, feel as to where it slowly goes into the pool. And on the other side it deep. The kids really loved the arcade. If you’re a parent, I definitely recommend this place because you will definitely get a break between the arcade and the awesome pool. You can sit back and relax and know that your kids are safe. We will definitely be back!

I want to send a shout out to Nathan! I am disabled veteran that deals with PTSD and anxiety issues. Going to places like this are at times uncomfortable and sometimes bad for me. Nathan made my wife and I feel very welcome and soon aa we walked in through the doors welcomed us with a smile. He really took care of us and is a great guy with great customer service and just all around friendly with an awesome attitude. The resort was beautiful and the atmosphere was just great as well and I would recommend this place to any who wants to come and enjoy their vacation. Great job Nate dog!!!

Great location on International Drive. The room itself was OK with everything we needed but it was very noisy , all the times I have been to Orlando this was the least sleep I had.. The other down side was the resort fees , 5 times to Orlando and the first time I have had to pay... $240 for 14 nights on top of the hotel cost for nothing! I used my own Internet and didn't use the shuttle bus?? For those 2 reasons I won't be staying here again , I will use the Rosen in which doesn't charge daft fees

Always have a great time when I stay here. The pool bartender Elijah is the absolute best! Always there to make sure we have a great time! Lily was also a very good bartender. Unfortunately we had a bad experience with the nighttime bartender Everton. He was extremely rude and hostile. We left the pool after our experience with him and went out elsewhere.

The best thing at this hotel is the pool area and Elijah at the bar. Elijah was amazing and made our stay very welcoming from day one. I could not tip him enough! Very lovely man. Elijah is reason to visit alone! Every other service was not that great sadly.

Do NOT stay at this hotel with little kids. It is a party hotel. Loud music playing all night by the pool and the walls are paper thin. By the way, it is set up like a MOTEL with exterior doors which I do not think is safe. Front desk staff had no idea what was going on, not even when the DJ was supposed to finish. It is old, dirty, and not like the photos

Hotel was nice and clean, came equipped with mini fridge, microwave and kettle. Beds were comfy with plenty of pillows/ towels provided for guests. We were on the 5th floor about half way along and the Wi-Fi was terrible, there was a guest one showing and we were given log in details for another, if it let you log in it would only work when in the bathroom or with the phone on the floor. Pool area was nice with towels provided and with a fob on the gate to get in, couple of broken sun beds dotted about but didn’t have an issue finding spare ones and we were there while the cheerleading worlds were on. Close by to the i trolley stops and plenty on parking if staying on site
