I have to be honest—I did not come here with very high expectations. I had a free night certificate to use and decided this was my best option. However, I was thoroughly blown away by the quality of service, the property in general and the many amenities it has to offer. I stayed here for my birthday and they made it very special. As a Diamond member, I was upgraded to a Luxury Suite and had an early check in because the room was already ready. The Luxury Suite is one of the best hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. It has a kitchen/bar, a living room, a beautiful bedroom, balcony and enormous bathroom. The only thing I didn’t like was the size of the tub. It should be way bigger given the size of the bathroom! The weather was excellent so I spent the afternoon by the pool and had lunch/cocktails. Cocktails were well crafted and delicious. Service was slow but still decent. I wish pool staff were a bit more attentive to guests not directly sitting at the restaurant. However, experience here was good. Bull & Bear was full that evening, so we decided to at Luciano at the adjacent Hilton next door. Dinner here was excellent and they made a VERY NICE birthday dessert plate for me. There must have been 4-5 deserts on this beautiful plate. Thank you for this! For breakfast, I had two restaurants to choose from or have in-room dining. I opted for in-room dining and they delivered breakfast to my suite. It was great and there was plenty of food. I will definitely stay here again during a future visit to Orlando!…
If you want a true luxury Disney experience, Waldorf Astoria Orlando is easily the best choice. I love the official Disney hotels, but they are CRAZY expensive and frankly, the Waldorf is nicer. The staff at the Waldorf is what really makes the hotel special, they are incredibly hospitable and accommodating and do absolutely everything to make your stay fantastic. The rooms are so plush and spacious, with glorious bathrooms and a heavenly bed. The hotel itself is gorgeous with so many amenities. The luxury official Disney hotels are almost TWICE the price! For what, the shuttle system ? Waldorf Astoria Orlando HAS a shuttle system. The pool and golf course are gorgeous, I could see Epcot's Spaceship Earth (aka the golf ball) from my window, you're so close to all the parks, the service is beyond wonderful... I just don't see how there is even a choice!…
We stayed at Waldorf for my daughter’s 2nd birthday and it was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. Everyone made sure we felt at home, and the property is simply gorgeous. The rooms are spacious and the marble bathrooms are amazing. Thank you for every member of staff for making out trip unforgettable!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had a corner suite that was quiet, very clean and comfortable. Every staff member that we encountered from check in to valet to coffee shop workers and restaurant staff was extremely professional, polite and helpful. They were all very nice and seemed genuinely appreciative and happy that we were staying at the resort. We’ve experienced not so great service from other places during this Covid pandemic but I felt the Waldorf Astoria took precautions but yet didn’t allow that to stop them from their five star service and I appreciated that. We appreciated the shuttle service to and from Disney. I’m unable to comment on the golf or spa amenities as I did not partake in those this visit but we did enjoy a nice meal at the Bull & Bear on property. This was a five star stay at a five-star hotel!…
I cannot begin to any how amazing this hotel was. We only stayed for one night, and I wish we had stayed longer. The pool was wonderful, the staff was so hospitable for anything we needed. We had breakfast in the morning and I am still craving the breakfast croissant every morning.
