I was surprise by the volume of people when I arrived at Dock Side Inns & Suites. However, even with all the people we got through our check in process fast. I forgot it was spring break. Our room wasn't ready at 10 Am so we rode the Universal bus over to the park. We enjoyed our time there and came back to a very clean room. The staff at the hotel kept our room, hallways, and elevators very clean. The food court area was clean and the service in the area was quick. Even through it was cold when we were there (60 F) we did go and enjoy sitting by the pool. We need to use some of the well stock beach towels to cover up at times. We will be back to the Dock Side Inn and Suites.

Great resort. Staff were friendly and efficient. Check in was smooth. It was great to have food options on site. Very convenient to have the park shuttle pickup and drop off right outside the resort. Loved the heated pool! Rooms were clean and well decorated. Wish we could have stayed longer

My only down side is that the wall is too thin. We can hear everything next door. It's pretty loud. We were on the bottom floor and you can hear everything that drops on the floor. But very friendly staff and service was excellent. Great location!

We had medical equipment and I was concerned about leaving it in the car or unattended so I asked for an early check in and they were able to accommodate us. However we never received the text that said about the resort. I had know idea that you need your room key to turn on the lights in the room. The beds had hair and glitter in them. The shower wall had long hair on it. That was gross and disappointing. The layout was nice and worked well for a large family. The people beside us partied until 2am and we heard every word they yelled. No one from the hotel stopped them. My kids couldnt sleep, neither could I in the other room. We were still up at 4am thanks to them and I had a 16 hour drive home. You wont sleep will here. We also had no way to check out since we did not get the text at check in, we did not know how to get the app to check out. We called at 4am to check out and were told to call back at normal hours. I texted the number given and was told I would receive an email for the receipt and 4 days later that still has not come either. I give up. While it looks nice on the outside, it needs help functioning. …

My family and I had the most pleasant getaway here! It was easy access to the parks, the pool was great, the dining was great , VERY clean, friendly staff and overall great experience. We are already planning our next stay here!

The bus to the park was pointless in the AM waited forever, so much noise hard to sleep. We needed white noise to sleep and bought a uber to get to the park in the am after the first day wasting the early entry. I would not have stayed on property if I would have known this would have been the case.

No complaints or concerns. Rooms were large and clean and amenities were plentiful. The pool is big and nice and lots of seating. We ate at the market and the food was great. Hotel staff were friendly.

nice room for the price, although i don't really consider a room with one separate bedroom and the other beds in the "living room" a "2 bedroom" room... however, as we only stayed there to attend a concert at Hard Rock Live, it was good enough for 2 best friends to share

Overall this was a very pleasant stay. I do strongly suggest avoiding the Pier 8 Market restaurant. Others did comment that it was not good at all but we tried it anyway… this was a mistake. If you’re going to grab something at the hotel, best to stick to the Starbucks in the lobby. We had a 2 room suite and once the hotel got busy on our last night, it was a bit loud and our room faced the hotel entrance which could be loud at times as well… this includes the music the hotel plays on the speakers outside. The shuttle buses to City Walk are magnificent. At least they were during our stay. We never had to wait and they were always quick and pleasant to ride. Admittedly we were there in an off peak time so I can’t speak to how well this efficiency holds up under the weight of busier times. Overall we had minor gripes and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Having easy and early access to the parks was also a real bonus. Overall this was a good stay with ‘relatively’ minor grievances. …
