Location is perfect for Disney Springs and only 20 minutes from Universal studios. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They have live music during the weekends at the bar onsite. This is our go to hotel when visiting the Orlando area.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Lake Buena Vista. Everyone of the hotel staff was friendly and quickly responded to the few requests we had. Our room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The king bed, pillows, and bedding were very comfortable. The hotel is convenient to the Disney Parks and the free park shuttles saves time and money getting to and from the parks. We had dinner at Benihana's one night and it was delicious. Our chef was very entertaining, our waiter was friendly and efficient, and our grandchildren enjoyed watching the chef prepare our dinners. The cafe store was well stocked and the hours of operation were exceptional. We enjoyed the two pools on our last day. We would definitely choose this hotel for a future stay in Orlando if we return to the Disney parks.…

Fantastic hotel! Immaculate and very comfortable. Fantastic front desk staff. The room was so comfortable and clean. The view was great. I love the waterfall in the front of the hotel. The staff in the hotel store are very friendly. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast. This will be our go to hotel for Disney trips. The location was so convenient. Very peaceful nights sleep. Big tv and bedding was immaculate and comfortable. I loved the lavender verbena soaps. I highly recommend this hotel for a stress free stay.

We booked this property very last minute so we didn’t do too much research on the area. It was a nice property and we encountered friendly staff at check in and at the promotions desk. A quick walk to Disney Springs as well. The room was clean and well appointed. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Be aware of the 25.00 parking fee but I suppose that is standard near Disney.

The room had coffee stains on the wall, there was nowhere to put your clothes while taking a shower your choices were the toilet seat or the floor, the light over the sink in the bathroom was so dim you were lucky to see in the mirror let alone put on make-up, there is no microwaves in the rooms and the refrigerator didn't cool and I had to ask for toilet paper and the lady only gave me one roll as if it was coming out of her check.

Great stay. Only one night on Hilton points. Hotel is clean and comfortable and convenient to Disney Springs which we walked over the bridge for dinner. Ate breakfast here in the morning, menu not large but food was very good as was the service. All people were pleasant. If I didn't stay at a Disney property, I would highly consider staying here.

We stayed for 2 nights on HH points. Booked a King room and was upgraded to a junior suite with a view of Disney Springs. We did not request housekeeping. All staff (valet, front desk, bell hop, pool attendants and breakfast waiter) were friendly and helpful! Every request we made was granted. We requested an updated room with a Disney Springs view and a late check out. Room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed and fantastic shower with great pressure. The two pools were just great. Not crowded and clean. The buffet breakfast had a large assortment and made to order omelets which were very good. We really liked the communication through texting to let us know our room was ready when we checked in and the front desk would also text us each day with a friendly text inquiring if there was anything that we needed. This was impressive! Nice job!! We did self parking which was simple to do. We would stay here again in the future. The hotel has a great location with a short walk over two walkways to Disney Springs. The elevators were quick and never waited more than 30 seconds for one. Overall relaxing and great stay!!…

Truly one of my favorite Hilton properties. The rooms are clean, fresh and well-maintained. Plus if you get a room on the right side of a hotel the view of Disney Springs and distant views of the parks are amazing. But what really sets this hotel apart is the service. The people are friendly and welcoming. Plus the delivery of Honors elite benefits is flawless. One particular employee stood out on this visit and that being Ahmed from the lounge/restaurant. Had the pleasure of having him as my server for dinner, and he was friendly, engaging, and very attentive. Plus the peanut butter and jelly dessert was outstanding. I look forward to my next visit!
