If you want some peace and quiet, this off-campus Westgate facility is a great spot. Minutes from Sea World. It has a pond in the midst of complexes (no more than a three-story building. If you plan to utilize the main Westgate Resort you will have to drive about 10 minutes. Miguel and Valeria were superb, they handled my concerns professionally and timely. The pool by my building was smaller than I'd Like but then again, I could always go to main Resort.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Westgate resort. Lots of thing to do with the kids: 2 pools, ping-pong table, poolroom, mini-golf, activity center for the kids, etc. The unit was spacious and clean but minimally furnish. We would have appreciated to have salt and pepper. Also, we could hear people in the unit below us and we had been waken up 2 times. Finally, we could connect all or devices to the wifi except my iphone and the technical support never called me back.

The place was nice and clean but shower were a huge disappointment and when I get cold I like to take a hot bath then warm up, but there water temp is barely over lukewarm, even the hot tub was not very warm.

This resort is in a decent location for visiting the areas theme parks- central to US/IOA or WDW, and close to Sea World. Since we were there to do the parks, we did not spend a lot of time at the resort. The front desk staff was accommodating when we asked for fresh towels regularly. The rooms looked fresh and remodeled, but the furniture was dated, like they were in the middle of a refurbishment. The amenities looked good, but we only had time to use the pool, which was small, but refreshing. The negative aspects are that the location is in the middle of an apartment complex and definitely not a good place to get a restful night of sleep-the area is loud way before sunrise.

This resort is beautiful, when I read some of the reviews before arriving I was concerned but when we arrived I was more than happy,l.The grounds are well kept the condo was spotless has everything u need and more .The staff go above and beyond and so pleasant and helpful.We will definitely be back.There are 2 pools 2 hottubs.If your looking for a huge resort this is not it but it's 10 mins from everything it's clean quite amazing staff and the bed was so comfy wish I could have taken it home 🤣.A million thank you's for an amazing vacation.

Never been to a resort which charges $37 for Wifi. And it says only apply to exchange customers. If you don't welcome exchange customers, then cut your connections with RCI. Or that RCI can put it clearly in the resort description, so we can avoid it

We have stayed 2 weeks here, and 2 weeks in “WorldMark Orlando - Kingstown Reef” which is 2 minutes (300 feet apart) Both are amazing, hence the review is very similar. Stayed for 2 weeks, and felt like home. Location: Great - Mid way between Disney and Universal. - 3 minutes from SeaWorld, Aquatica, DiscoveryCove - Few minutes from Publix/Walmart/DisneyOutlet stores Stuff: Great (very friendly) - Easy Check-in, Easy Check-out (by phone) - Employees are kind, helpful and nice. Resort: Great - kids liked the pool (there are 2 pools, on each side of the resort) , hot tubs (each near a pool) - well located and maintained - Clean - Room: Great - Full kitchen, well kept, looks kind of new - Family room (also clean and nice) - It seemed as if the property was renewed (ask for the renewed part) - includes laundry machines (washer/dryer). - All is very well equipped (both Kitchen and toilet). - Overall, perfect clean. At day and night – it is a very quiet location. Stayed for 2 weeks, Would go back anytime (Would like to mention employee Alanna Woodson that went the extra mile to assist a customer)…
