We were so in love with Floridays during our first time there at Easter in 2012. Also at Christmas in 2014, but a little less. Even a little more less at Christmas in 2016. Spot the trend ... ? Six years on, December 2022, it is a different story altogether. Place is becoming seriously dated. Take heed! Inventory of flats ridiculous, items in weird surplus or completely missing. When missing, replaced with things nobody asked for. Communication with reservation staff beyond a joke. Not a shred of track of anything explained or requested during a long process. Booked in 2021 but twice rescheduled before arrival because of Covid-19. If Orlando is ever on our radar again, Floridays won't unfortunately be our place of choice.

We had a great time at this resort. It was conveniently located in an area where the traffic wasn’t too bad and we could access our destinations easily. We mainly enjoyed the pool area where we met a very friendly bartender, Brittany. She made suggestions and remembered us when we came back the next day. She was also really good with our teenage kids (who can be a lot). The property was pretty and the prices were right. We will definitely be back!

Just I came to the resort family I met Mike incredible service. The rooms were beautiful and very large. We had to extend another night and Mike was able to get us in the same room for a better price than booking com. If you need anything ask for Mike

We booked 2 x 2 bedroom apartments eight months prior to our visit asking for adjacent if possible or nearby apartments. When we arrived only one apartment was ready on the 5th floor and they had to get another one ready which entailed an hours wait in the lobby after a 9 hour flight plus other travel times. Not acceptable at all and when an apartment was made ready it was on the second floor next to a stairwell which was noisy. Apartments were a good size and quite well equipped albeit a little dated, although the items in it didn’t match up to the inventory on the fridge door (for which there’s a price list of some go missing) this needs sorting out either remove the inventory or get the cleaning staff to check at each clean. The pool area was great and the children loved it. It is in a central location for all the parks and there’s a shopping mall Publix supermarket and McDonalds not too far away.…

Had a wonderful time! Room was clean, inviting, and close to everything. Ms. Gardenia was very attentive and knew the answers to all our questions! The grounds were kept nicely and my kids enjoyed the pool and arcade. We will be back for sure!

Our stay at this property was awesome! This was our second stay at this property. Our first visit was in May 2022 for a grandson's graduation. We were thoroughly impressed with everything that we came back to stay at this same property for our other grandson's wedding. From our arrival to our departure the front desk services were impeccable all during our 10 days visit! We were always greeted with friendly smiles from the staff. The amenities and our 3 room condo unit was everything we expected from the website. The property was convenient to all the theme parks and the eateries were plentiful and nearby as well. A special honorable mention to your staff, Ms. Gardenia Starling, who was always spot-on with any of our requests or questions throughout our stay! Her kindness and friendless was very much appreciated and because of Ms. Gardenia, we will be returning to this property for our next family function whether it be a gradution or wedding or just visiting families and the theme parks.
