Overall the hotel was great. Rooms were cleaned everyday and included a coffee machine and safe, the only criticism is there was nowhere to hang clothes, no wardrobe or rail. Pools were great, waterpark especially.. Breakfast on site was below average, so we ate off site. If you have any dietary requirements then don't bother even trying to eat any meals on site, but plenty of nice places to eat close by. No shuttle to Disney, just universal so be aware car or uber required.. Great place for a base and bed..

I stayed here with family for 7 nights in September 2023. Overall the stay here was brilliant. We were greeted by Mo who helped us throughout the stay. He was very friendly and helped us if we required any help or support. Our room was really nice, clean and we had house keeping everyday. We had a bath, shower, coffee/tea maker, fridge, TV, iron, hair dryer, clean towels and shampoo/soap. There was Starbucks and a shop on site which we used regularly. We had a free shuttle bus for Idrive, SeaWorld and Universal studio. There is a lovely water park and pool which is very ideal on hot weathers. There is also an arcade/ gaming/ cocktail bar which kept us entertained in the evening. We also used the luggage room as our flight was departing late and we were also allowed to stay in the hotel and use the facilities. The staff were really friendly especially Mo. While I was in the hotel I also met Jackie. (HR) who was really friendly and polite. This place is ideal as there is a lot of entertainment and restaurants near by. I will definitely be back and will recommend this place to family and friends. …

This hotel was amazing, myself husband and 4 kids had a great time. Outdoor and indoor pool was great. Hotel was clean, staff were friendly. The room was basic but clean. House keeping carried out every day. Could have been doing with some more storage. Will definitely be back.

Arrived in the late evening and was greeted by mo who introduced himself! Very friendly welcome and all went smoothly! We had asked for rooms near each other and that is exactly what we received! Right next door to each other in block 6! I know some of the rooms have been renovated, our rooms hadn’t gone through this process yet but no complaints! The room was massive! Considering we wasn’t going to be in the room much it was perfect for what we needed! Fridge, massive television, iron, hairdryer, hot shower plus it was all clean! The bed was like a cloud, perfect after long days in the theme parks! Air con loveeeely!! Shuttle service was prompt! 4 shuttles in the morning and 3 shuttles in the evening to pick up from universal! The drivers seemed like they really enjoyed their jobs, always happy and cheerful! and it only picked up from 2/3 other hotels with coco being the first pick up so always got a seat! One day the shuttle back to coco was very busy so we just got an Uber back which was about $6-$10! Me and my partner had great fun in the water park at the hotel and the strawberry smoothie was top class!! Luggage room system available if you wish to roam after you have checked out! We tried gator golf which is 5 mins up the road, amazing! Especially if you want to see a alligator! Hotel also lets you use the pool on the day of checkout! Cicis pizza across the road $9.99 for all you can eat buffet $4.99 for kids! Was brilliant! Unfortunately I did not try the shop onsite or any of the onsite restaurants so I cannot comment on these. Water park can get busy at the weekend as offsite visits come to visit. Hotel is around $16-23 to get to Disney parks which I thought wasn’t too bad! I would consider staying here again as it had everything we needed/wanted and the location is perfect for food, things to do and getting to and from theme parks! 09/13-23 & 09-15-23 I would have love to post the video, unfortunately this doesn’t allow it. My 7 years old said, I rather sleep outside. There was roachs in the room. The Room and Furniture are outdated. I went to the front desk and the clerk has the audacity to tell me” those are travel roach 🪳”. No accountability for not maintaining their buildings instead blame the customers. They moved me to a different room and gave me 40 dollars credit from the resort fee. What away to accommodate🧐. I reached out to George Matinez, the general manager. I sent him the video and NO response. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

First and foremost it wasn't the hotels fault, it was ours pure and simple. We understood it had a water park and that it would be noisy but we thought we could get away from it, but it proved almost impossible with children running up and down the corridors, generally making a din, at all times of day, that's what kids do and we accept that. We just should have not booked in here, we should have looked for adults only, so it's all our fault. This is an observation, not a complaint. However, their were a few issues that we were not happy with, all regarding housekeeping. One day we returned to our room (early evening) to find a 'Do Not Disturb' notice attached to our door, the room had not been serviced, towels replaced etc. A quick call to reception and it was resolved but we never found out who had attached the notice in the first place. On our penultimate day, we returned to our room to find it had not been serviced, this was very disappointing, we needed to get an early start so needed to get to (the unmade) bed. Housekeeping did offer to come to the room but it was late and we could have done without the hassle. The reception staff were excellent, could not be more helpful, however, the housekeepers were, in the main, miserable, saying good morning/afternoon/evening to the resulted in a grunt if you were lucky, but usual response was to be met with silence...we are on holiday, we want to be happy and enjoy a environment that portraited a joyous atmosphere, it didn't, it put a downer on the hotel, I have never met so many miserable people in one place before. The hotel itself looks tired, well the rooms we stayed in did (we had two). The hotel says it has refurbished rooms but ours defiantly weren't, the reception area was clean and modern, the hotel needs to bring the rest up to this standard…

To start I am a single mom with a 6 yr old and a 4month old both boys so we all know how hard it is to travel with kids. My experience was great from the start with Rodolfo because they only have carts at the main office so he went above and beyond to help me get all of my stuff loaded and brought it to my room and went back to the office and got my room keys fixed so I would have to lug my stuff and my kids back down to the office. I do think they should offer cart stations all over the hotel In order to help out family’s a little more. The only down fall I had was the arcade and the food court my pizza was so card I could only eat half of each slice and as far as the arcade I was shown how to load a card with money for my son to play but what the staff didn’t inform me of was half of the games are out of service had I known I wouldn’t have waisted my time and when I addressed the staff about it she replied ya I know …

Stayed here with family - 2 kids 8 and 9. For 2 nights before heading to Bahamas. Used the place as a base and went to universal for one day (free shuttle bus from hotel) and chilled at the hotel using the slides for the other day. Kids loved the water slides, it entertained them most of the day! People friendly, room was fine, comfy and well air conditioned. We walked to local restaurants outside for food - nice Chinese buffet restaurant just nearby and the wings place. We also tried Gator Golf as Brits we hadn’t done that before and was a real hit! Def would recommend and stay at this hotel again with kids! If don’t have kids not sure why you’d stay here!

Just returned from a 2 week stay at Coco key, using it as a base whilst doing all the park days. Overall impression of resort is very positive, as with all places has certain issues but nothing to ruin the stay. The staff were all super friendly, polite and very helpful. Sheets , cleaning and towels were done daily. Area round round resort was tidy. A few minor issues I noted were onsite shop bit expensive, the resultant for an evening meal was not a great selection and when we tried it food was poor. With the main guest pool having no lifeguard, people do take the piss, few times so people smoking by pool. Pool bar shuts at 18.00 so if you fancy a late drink by the pool you have to bring your own. Shuttle service to universal gets very busy as it picks up from several resorts, especially on return journey when it can become fiesty trying to get on. We used Uber which was the best transport for us. Overall I would say it need a bit updating but can not really say it was not a pleasant stay. The staff were great and a big plus. I would recommend staying here and will consider it again on our next trip to the usa, one day.…
