The pool with a hot tub was closed for a private party. We booked this hotel due to a positive experience 2 years ago. This is not a family friendly hotel. Stay away due to them booking private adult only parties, it is a deterrent to families. There is no available hot tub due to a private event booking the family pool area.

Great place to stay - large, comfy and clean rooms and very friendly staff. Ingrid, Claudia and Manny in the Laguna restaurant have really made our time there a great experience. The hotel is perfect for families, with lots of things to do with kids.

If you eat dinner at Laguna ask for Ingrid!! She is the perfect person to take care of you dining needs. From her attention to service along with her menu selections it was just what I needed after a long week in Orlando added bonus she never let the bottle go empty

We stayed here for a week while attending a competition at the Orange county Conference Centre. We were in villa 5, one of the outer buildings. While the room was a little dated, it was clean and well presented, with a coffee maker (although only disposable cups and no spoon, only a stirrer), a good sized fridge, and a safe. Disabled facilities were good, we booked an ADA room with roll-in shower, which is exactly what we got. All areas were wheelchair accessible, the only small issue was the gates to the pool area have child safety latches which cannot be reached from a wheelchair, but there was always someone happy to help with this. The hotel is well located for the conference centre and all the theme parks are just a short ride in an Uber, or on the trolley bus which stops right outside.…

The facilities are good. However watch you money. The bar tender is taking money. Added items to my bill that I did not have. Didn't provide receipts when items were purchased by credit card. When Items were paid for by cash, this money was put in her pocket. Will not stay in Double Tree Hilton, Universal Entrance in Orlando in the future

At this point I don't understand why this hotel has a low review score. I have to say that this hotel beats many hotels in the Orlando area. Starting with customer service. The vast majority of the employees are very attentive and service oriented, as are all their managers and assistant managers. The rooms are very good; The pillows are wonderful, as well as the mattress of the beds. The bath towels are of very good quality. I must also mention that the new shampoo and conditioner dispensers are very practical, as well as the shower gel, excellent quality and a very pleasant smell. And what can I tell you about breakfast? I have been a frequent traveler for over 20 years and in my hotel experiences this is one of the best breakfasts I have been able to experience. You find everything for all tastes, for me it is a 10 out of 10! Common areas in very good condition and clean. The Market area is very complete and I have to mention the pizza!! it is delicious. There are many good things that I can keep mentioning about this property. In general, look no further alternatives in the Orlando area, this hotel has it ALL!!…

I loved this place everyone we came in contact with were amazing..the breakfast was fantastic buffet style..everyone that was vacationing there you could see they were having a great time the kids especially @ the pool..it’s pet friendly and the dogs that were there were very friendly having a good time themselves lol..it is so pretty there..great walking distance to sea world follow a path to get there..the room we had reserved for ourselves we wounded up with an upgraded room which was great..the only thing I didn’t care for was the bathroom which was a shower and toilet in which was very small, sink was separate from them but overall it was an amazing stay..we played mini golf which was on the resort it’s was fun..I read a lot of reviews and majority were great ones, others were just from very picky people because what they were saying about their stay complaining about a lot of things which we didn’t experience @ all..so I’m looking forward to returning there again I highly recommend this place……

I was evacuated due to Hurricanes 2 years in a row. Both times I stayed at this hotel and have been very satisfied. They accept both my dog and cat. This year we stayed in the Tower. Very clean. Very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and professional. Towels and bedding were very nice and new. They texted daily to make sure we had everything we needed. Last year, we stayed and we never lost power at this hotel, even during Hurricane conditions. This year we tried both restaurant and smaller cafe. Food was very good and priced fairly. Grounds kept very clean and tidy. No fee to park. There is a path to SeaWorld ( I walked), which is convenient. The complex is large. The staff was excellent, room excellent for cleanliness, Tower room had a very nice view. Excellent value.…

We came to this hotel for a couple of nights as a family. The location is good and is walking distance of SeaWorld. The facilities are great with a pool and a hot tub. When checking in, we found that the staff were very friendly but the room itself was not great, with dirty carpet and broken tiles with sharp pieces lying around. We could not walk around our room without some sort of shoes on as otherwise we would hurt our feet on the sharp pieces. This has been quite a disappointing experience and I think that there are definitely better hotels in the area.

This hotel is perfectly located if you planning to go to Sea World, it is quiet and offers many amenities for the whole family, the beds are very comfortable, it is pet friendly, the breakfast that are included are very tasty, it is a buffet style with a wide variety of options, this is definitely a big plus for this hotel.
