We were here for a large group stay for a work event and our team had a great experience at the hotel, including our meeting at the conference space, and especially the staff. They were very kind, attentive, and made sure we were all taken care of and had a good time. We want to give a special thanks to Jaime, Jose and Josh for taking good care of us, and to Stephanie for making sure everything went smoothly. Also a very huge thanks to Mary who patiently worked with us to plan our stay and meeting, and made sure everything was arranged so well. Thank you Holiday Inn for a great time!

First time staying at a “non Disney resort”. Nothing but positive experiences.. the rooms are a little bigger than a Moderate Disney hotel, with a spacious balcony. Housekeeping was very quick to respond to towel requests, and everyone at the hotel was extremely friendly!! The food was excellent and the drink vouchers were a bonus. The shuttle service was also terrific and so much more comfortable than Disney shuttles. This hotel is eligible for early entry at the parks, as long as you link your hotel reservation to My Disney Experience you shouldn’t have a problem. You are also eligible for 7 am genie + selection, but can not purchase ILL until the park opens, that was the only perk I noticed that was missing. The beds were comfortable, especially the sheets! It was a very short and pleasant walk to Disney Springs, did not have a single complaint! It was too cold to swim but we spent some time sitting by the pool and everything was very clean including the pool bathrooms. Can’t stress enough that every single staff interaction was great! I would definitely stay here again.…

We had a really cozy stay. All the staff was friendly and helpful and spoke Spanish to us. Thanks to Jaime who always greeted us with a smile and asked us how we were doing during our stay. The shuttles to Disney parks are a great extra. I would just recommend them to be more eco friendly and use less disposables for food. Thanks for evrything! We enjoyed it!

Flying into Orlando and taking the suggested shuttle service through Mears made arriving simple and stress free. The hotel is large enough to be nice, but the right size to feel comfortable while away from home. The room was large, clean and modern. I highly suggest you buy the package with breakfast who allows 2 adults and 2 kids to enjoy great food each morning before starting the day. Free coffee and tea are served all morning, and made sitting by the pool each morning very relaxing and enjoyable. We ate many meals from the hotel, and often chose to return for lunch and dinner instead of eating at many popular locations. Afternoon lemonade and cookies were a nice touch. If you are coming to Orlando for Disney Parks, the hourly shuttle service made it easy to get around. If you are coming for other tourist attractions, you can walk to Disney Springs and take free busses to many locations. All of the staff we interacted with were friendly and very helpful. Our family will be back because this hotel had everything we needed. For people who like to enjoy alcoholic beverages, Happy Hour provided very reasonable priced drinks each day.…

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Disney Springs from 07/01/2023-18/01/2023 with two daughters aged 19 and 14 and my wife. We had a dreadful time getting to Orlando from Australia. After 19 hours of flying time, and 18 hours of layover in three airports and goodness know s how many time zones, we were met with smiles and support and calm by the wonder staff at the hotel. Our room wasn't ready which we didn't expect at 10am. We were just about to get ready to down to Disney Springs for breakfast when we were told our room was now available. Yay. Not only was it ready we were upgraded to a queen bed room with Disney Springs and fireworks view. The Holiday Inn Disney Springs has very very comfortable beds and quiet rooms. Whilst the restaurant was closed to in dining, you can order food from the bar and eat in the dining area. There is a small shop where we purchased breakfast and milk to have in our room. Disney Springs was only a 15 minute walk away, where you can go shopping and catch Disney transportation to Disney Resorts where you can then transfer to bus, boats, monorail or skyway to the theme parks. The Holiday Inn Disney Springs also has dedicated buses that you can book for free up to two days in advance for direct access to the parks. We caught the buses at 7am most mornings and still maxed to get to the parks to use our Early Entry, which is part of your accommodation costs. You need to link the hotel with your WDW tickets to allow you to do this. It also allows you to get your Gene+ reservations at 7am, if you have access. All instructions are easily explained by a sheet on arrival in your room packet. The cleaning staff were great, the front desk staff were great, and the concierge was great. The Holiday Inn has laundry facilities on two floors in the lower building and you need tokens to operate them. The rooms have a large number of USB and powerpoint to charge your devices. You are 15 minute drive to the Premium Outlets, Walmart etc. We also were only 20 minutes from Universal studios. If we ever go back to Orlando we would definitely stay here again.…

Lovely hotel. My room, on the 10th floor, had a great view of disney springs and epcot fireworks. Rooms are clean, though the hotel is a bit older. Staff was very nice and always helpful. Great shuttle to all the parks and walking distance to Disney springs

I went there with my daughter last minute and I can say "it was a great decision". Clean, well maintained inside and out. The staff was awesome. The food at the bar was not your typical bar food. Shuttles were in time every day. I would definitely choose again if in the area.

I cannot thank the front desk associates enough for the beautiful balloons and desserts left for my sisters and I upon our arrival from Epcot. It really touched all of our hearts. Thank you Paula & Evee.( I hope that is correct) we try to get together to celebrate our mother for her birthday as she always showered us with her love on ours. My family and I stayed here and loved the hotel our room was clean the staff was nice and helpful. My daughter was on the elevator with us and missed and got disconnected we didn’t know where she got off but while looking for her a staff by the name of Erma found her and was looking for us I’m thankful she was able to find and help my daughter thanks for having helpful staff and team I highly recommend this hotel.

We loved the place, it was great, but the people where just amazing. Lovely, caring and fun. Everything was super clean. The room service was spotless. Only problem was the shower curtain, it could be better cause the floors were a bit messy after each shower. A big shout out to Jaime, John and Eleazer cause they made each morning better. And an ever bigger one to Connor at the bar cause his drinks were so delicious!!! Really loved the drinks and he was incredibly fun. The people at reception were fantastic as well, really helpful and caring. I'm pretty sure I'm forgetting some guys names cause I'm awful at remembering but all of them were lovely.
