we had a wonderful time at the best best western. Beds were very comfortable. breakfast was not included but for $14 you get a breakfast buffet and the grill station has made to order omelette and eggs. Maria and Octavio at breakfast were amazing. They are both very personable and attentive. will come back!!

John really helped us out a week before our trip. I called in a panic worried about our reservation being canceled and he assured me everything was fine and he fixed it. Once we got there, John greeted us at the front desk and helped us out even further since we hadn't brought as many people with us. He had every answer to every possible question I had and im very impressed with his customer service.

Sharky's bar and grill has great food and great atmosphere. Jhony was very attentive and kind. A great place to wind down and enjoy some good appetizers and drinks. Definitely would come back to eat and drink again.

The hotel was everything I needed as a guest during my stay to go to Disney World and the front desk manager Luciana was an excellent staff member who made sure that my needs were met as a guest when the first room I was given the air conditioner wasn't working well and was switched to another room without any problems. Overall, the hotel itself and the services was all I needed. However, only reason why I'm giving it 4 star because the housekeepers need to clean up throughly the rooms and bathrooms.

My family and I arrived early in town . I called the hotel spoke with Rebecca and she was amazing!! She was very respectful understanding and helpful to me and my family. She made it clear that they would be able to help us with all our needs. Rebecca was waiting for us when we came. Best Western Orlando Gateway is the best hotel with caring people. I can't forget the other 2 beautiful ladies that also helped and msde my son a gift bag for his High school graduation Thank you REBECCA and BWOG

They upgraded my room before my arrival. I had a lovely view of a large pond directly outside my window from the 8th floor. My room was very clean. I needed my sheets changed and made a call and it was done immediately. Fresh towels everyday. There were many amazing attractions near by. Luciana was so friendly while checking me in. She give me all the information I needed for food and laundry. I would definitely recommend the Best Western Orlando Gateway to all my friends and family.

Luciana and Stefane made our stay just perfect from moment one, as soon as we stepped into the hotel. Very good location and awesome staff. Clean facilities. Staff also provides very detailed and useful guidance on how to get to nearby parks. Everything that a guest needs to get all set for a memorable experience.

Our stay was short but awesome! Hotel is very cute and our room was great. Luciana - from the front desk - offered a charismatic and amazing customer service. Also, Rita - she was at the pool bar - was very lovely and prompt with an amazing customer service as well! Will definitely come back next time.
