Maria my house keeper provided excellent service. She was very helpful.. I stay in room 602 and she provided me with great service.. I had a great time.. loved my stay enjoyed it very much will definitely be going back again
When calling for breakfast I spoke with Bia Villalobos and she informed us of all the endless possibilities there were available to us and said to ask for her when we arrived and she would take Care of us. I’d have to say that was the most helpful waitress I’ve ever had for breakfast. Very accommodating and concerned for any extra little extra detail that would make our experience the most pleasurable. Five out of five star rating for us and we shall visit again. Thank you Bia
Good location, paid self parking, the breakfast buffet was good. I like windows, however, my room, and possibly none at this hotel had. Instead, there was a door with lattice, that could be unhooked and provided some daylight. The bathroom was clean.
Great service!!! Friendly staff!! I definitely stay again, thanks to Bianca for a friendly and excellent service!! Great breakfast Buffett. Rooms are spacious and clean!! Bathrooms are amazing with separate bath tub and shower. Thanks!!
The hotel is in a sketchy area and not a good place to go outside and walk around. It is actually difficult to get into the hotel due to construction fencing around the entire block. The room was decent, the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet for the most part. Some people need to remember to use their inside voice in the hallways, especially late at night. Dinner was decent at the hotel restaurant and breakfast was good. The room was $432 for a Sunday night due to the Electric Dance Carnival in town. This price gouging is really bad and needs to be called out.
I enjoyed my stay. Since I pulled in to the hotel the valet gentleman out there is greeting me with smile and i feel so welcoming also the ladies at front desk is really nice and thanks Maria M. for cleaning my room daily. You did an amazing job. Hotel is in good location but it a little old. Thats not a big deal for me. I will be back for sure.
My daughter and I stayed here last week for a conference. The room was nice and we loved Maria our cleaning lady Maria. She deserves employee of the year! She treated the room with so much detail and enthusiasm. Now for the not so good. My daughter had a package that had to be delivered. She mentioned this to the front desk numerous times. Upon arrival of said package, the front desk staff declined the package and returned it to sender! Their reason for this incompetence was they said that my daughter canceled her stay while she had been checked in for 2 days! The 3rd and last reason we reason that pushed us over the edge happened when I was sitting in the designated smoking area playing my iPad in the evening I was suddenly screamed at by one of the security staff. He yelled to let him see my room card! When I did he yelled to get out of there. I walked to the valet out front to get away from the security and the security guy was right behind me and demanded to see my room key again! I was appalled to say the least. The next morning when I went down to get the free breakfast which I was billed for I told one of the workers about my experience the night before, they said “ it was probably because there a homeless encampment behind the hotel!” That was it for us. …… Another excellent employee was Bea from breakfast service. She went above and beyond for me!…
Both Dee and Onielson who work the front desk were phenomenal! Every time we needed something, they were very prompt and friendly. They kept an amazing demeanor our whole visit. Couldn't say enough positive things about them ! Amazing customer service !
My experience - this was supposed to be a quick weekend trip to relax and enjoy. The hotel room had been paid for in advance when reservations were made. Upon our arrival that first night, we drove up and we mentioned to valet parking staff that we were checking in. He asked if we had reservations because they were completely booked. We said yes and stated that we would be self parking. Once we arrived to front desk, I could tell that there was something wrong because the staff member looked overwhelmed when I told him I was checking in. He asked for my ID and took about a good 15-20 minutes to tell us about our room/stay for 2 nights. Since they were overbooked, he put is up in the Presidential Suite for the night. However, there was a wedding party that would be coming in and they needed that room the next day. So I would need to talk to a manager on staff the next morning at around 11am-12pm, to see about my actual room for night 2. At this point it was almost midnight and so I said ok. The suite was nice but it was a really awful inconvenience to us because the next day we were forced to alter our plans for the one full day we had in town, just to stick around the hotel and wait to see if we could get our room. At around 11am we were told that it would be a few hours before a room would be available. We were not able to unpack anything and instead took our bags back with us to the car and went to eat and waited for a call to let us know we could come back. We had to do stuff nearby and then returned to “check-in” again so that we could go to our actual room and leave our bags. Our room was clean and comfy but we could barely get any sleep that night because from 1am to about 3:30am there was constant noise in hallway and rooms nearby. People with music in hallway and singing. The experience just not great and we will most likely not be back to this hotel. Pros: Hotel is within a couple of miles/driving distance of nice shops and restaurants. The front desk staff member that helped us first night and the parking staff was friendly and helpful. Clean rooms. Cons: Not a nice area of downtown Orlando for walking. They had overbooked rooms for our stay. During my check out I asked to speak with a manager and was told he was arriving later and that he would call me. I’ve not heard back.…
We have stayed here numerous times. However we were greatly disappointed this time. The suite was very large and consisted of two rooms. The living room kitchen combo was very comfortable. It had a really big granite island between the kitchen and living room. The kitchen cabinets were empty. There was no stove but the room had a micro, dishwasher and small refrig. Again there were no dishes, utensils, cleaning items, etc. The bed and bedding were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was large with a tub, a separate walk in shower and nice vanity. I did not like the swinging doors to the bathroom as there was no privacy. I also did not like the opening between the bedroom and bath that had no glass but louvered shutters. This was a problem when one tried to be quiet while using the bathroom in the middle of the night. So why did I give it two stars? If you want a hot shower in the morning, u r out of luck. While there was hot water for an evening shower, there was no hot water in the morning. The sink likewise did not have hot water in the morning. This happened both mornings we were there. The hotel gave us two free breakfasts but it did not make up for the inability to properly wash up in the morning. After not being able to shower, my partner tried to make coffee but the coffee machine did not work. We then went down to the breakfast buffet which was abbreviated compared to their prior buffets. The cost was 18 dollars. In the past, there was an omelet station. There was no such station. There were scrambled eggs, bacon, potato cubes that tasted like they were made from frozen potatoes and some type of open face sandwich. There was oatmeal, a few pastries and bread and a few apples. There was no fruit salad. There were little pancakes that were not freshly made. I gave two stars because if u don’t have hot water and pay a large sum for the hotel, the hotel is a bust. We will be looking elsewhere to stay when we return to Orlando. I would also like to add that u would never know there was a pandemic at this hotel. I did not see staff or mist guests west a mask or social distance. It was business as usual. (We wore Mask’s as a courtesy to others).…
