After arriving around five O’ clock to the nice clean room, The beds are amazing! We then went to the bar to meet our super friendly bartenders Kenny and Freddy! We had a refreshing cold beer at happy hour and a great quesadilla as an appetizer! The shuttle driver Don was super helpful. Thank you for making our tired day more bearable

I work as a flight attendant so I am in hotels quite often and friendly service always stands out to me. When checking in After a long day Tanya was so kind to me and then the next morning Gia was AMAZING she even saw me struggling to put on a bracelet and offered her help. I have to say these two women made my time in this hotel very pleasant and I just had to compliment them.

The waiters are very accommodating. Especially Mellany. She attended to our needs and always smilling. It might be simple but we always appreciate good service. Come visit them. Also the rooms and front desk are very nice.

Fabulous Front Desk Kaeonna, She is such a Bright fixture at the desk, Her Smile and Service is Second to none….Our Fabulous Shuttle Driver Fabio, helpful from the get go and always available if needed👏🏾. They both get 10’s across the board. Excellent in every which way you can ask for…Service, Helpful, Cheerful, Smiles all across the board and they check every Excellent Box you can ask for. It is people like them that make customers coming back again and again. They both deserve a Kudos for their amazing service. Thank you. Due my previous great experience, i decided to go back to this hotel venue to celebrate my daughters’ birthday and once again it was amazing. Chef Gio went above my expectations! He helped me with the planification since day one and his food selection was incredible. The chicken tenders were a hit!!! Chef Gio along with his staff provided a great service to me and the guests. He did not miss any details of what i want from this event and was a very important piece on the success of my event. I highly recommend this venue for any event! Great service, great food, great people, great venue!!!

The staff is the best at this hotel bar! Kenny and Freddy took care of us and even better, introduced our daughter to Shirley Temples! We don’t even need to go to Disney with this service! The ambiance is delightful, TV enormous, and the ice bar keeps the drinks perfectly chilled and it’s fun to play with the ice slush! Make this your stop before and after Disney!
