I'd stopped by several years ago and picked up brochures and information, and looked around. Itwas clean and quiet, so decided to return for a stay someday. That "someday" was this past Saturday. Over the phone, I as told they were laid back. Palm Coast Villas isn't represented by a reservation service, handle it alone and rely on word of...

I was the person working the front desk that day Sam C's wife came in. After her agressive behavior I looked into her reservation. I may not have seemed friendly due to the fact that 8 people were snuck into the room. This is considered theft of services and is not allowed at this establishment.

My husband and I love this place. We stumbled upon this place on accident one day when coming back from a kayaking trip several years ago. We have been coming here ever since. We spend at least one month a weekend here and sometimes two. It's a nice getaway from Jacksonville. The staff is great and to boot we met...

This is an awesome quiet little villa close to the beach. A great get away, until May and July of this year. Our family has been coming here for years. Prior to our visit in May we had always been treated with over the top kindness and courtesy. They have employed a guest services counter person named CRYSTAL who not...

For the price, the location is great for a beach vacation! Not a lot of restaurants close, but you have a little kitchenette and publix grocery across the street. The people are nice, its safe, quiet. Pet friendly. There is a slight musty odor, but its old and by the beach... It is very clean and comfortable!

old style motel but remodeled. mostly clean but had musty / moldy smell. beds and pillows were terrible too many animals, dog poo watch your step. If you are on a close budget the price was very affordable. I fear if you have any sinus problems you may want to avoid these rooms. We will look elsewhere if we go...
