I stayed here for 15 months for work. Each trip was 9 nights (10 days work, 4 days home). The place was clean and relatively inexpensive with a nice kitchenette. It was upgraded, and remodeled during my stay. The staff and the owner were accommodating, and helpful. I would even consider Dakota (night clerk), and the owner Neil "professional friends". A great place for a working guy to stay.

This place was great for me and my 2 children! Close enough to be at the beach within 5 minutes but not right in the middle of the busiest part of Panama City Beach. Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were nice and spacious with a full kitchenette. Would recommend this place.

We stayed at this hotel from 28th June to 30th June 2015. This was selected as a last minute booking option, hence there were no expectations. But we were truly delighted and happy with our stay. The room booked was standard king bed for 2 nts. Room no. 306. The room was clean and of standard size. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos displayed on Sam's club website, just that much smaller than expected. For example the shelves, countertop and sink in the kitchenette look really big in the photos, but they are quiet smaller but serve the purpose very well for cooking up a meal for 2 and anyways don't matter if you plan to spend the whole day on the beach. The only negative point here was that the microwave oven was small and only small bowls could be used to reheat food. The staff at the hotel are very cordial and polite, in fact I would say excellent in terms of behavior. Bed was comfortable and firm. Neighbourhood is good with a lot of hotels, eateries and shops nearby. Panama city Beach is about 15 min if you stop at each signal for red light. Neighbourhood is silent enough to get you a good nights sleep. Don't expect any views from the hotel room except the road and other buildings nearby and lots of sunlight. Perfect to stay if you want clean new rooms to crash at night after a long day at the beach. Oh, there is no complimentary breakfast here, and additional supplies are chargeable.

We stayed at this hotel 3/11-3/14 and were appalled at how dirty it is and how little maintenance and repair is being done. Our room was infested with roaches. When we complained to the front desk manager her only response was we could move to another room - as if the roaches were not in the entire hotel but just our individual room. Roaches had reached the 3rd floor obviously. The walls in our room had holes, damage and very old paint. Carpets were filthy throughout hotel. Shower curtain falling off wall. Microwave oven peeling inside and rusted. Smoke detector had been pulled off ceiling just leaving wires hanging down.

Customer service and service recovery training is recommended. Room smelled of smoke and deodorizer. The surrounding ditch became swampy after rains and was trash-filled. After the post-stay survey was submitted, a manager sent a rude reply for the review.

I got bedbugs from here room 201. It was recommended as brand new so we thought it would be ok. There is no breakfast, no pool, nothing! Front desk workers rude. I will never go back.

Keep in mind that the hotel is an extended stay and ppl have lived in rooms for periods of time. With that being said, you will get just that. No room service except for cleans towels that are not clean per sec. The carpet, linen and room in general had a foul smell. We had to buy cleaning supplies from local store to clean....even down to the remote that was filthy and batteries in remote corroded. If you are looking for somewhere quick and on the inexpensive side, this is what you want. Why did we stay???? Who knows! If not had not been for other family there I'd left day one but wanted to keep close to family.

This was by far the WORST hotel experience I have ever had in my nearly thirty years of living. The room was dirty..stains on the carpet & bedding! The bathroom..was even worse. There was BLOOD and Lord knows what else in the toilet. To make it even better, it was clogged up & therefor we could not flush it (whatever IT was) down. When I asked the woman at the front desk for another room, she said she did not have any other double beds available. I then asked for someone to come remedy the situation only to be told no one was there & she couldn't leave the front desk. With this being the case, my husband went and got a plunger and plunged the toilet himself. Had I not paid almost $100 to stay here, I may not have been as surprised as I was, but I did & it was HORRIBLE! DO NOT STAY HERE, EVER! Trust me.

Well let me start by saying that our stay was just absolutely horrible overall but you should read the rest of this story. On 25th of May the manager was very nice and courteous. However on the 26th the manager told us that he would have the housekeeping put us fresh towels in the room and take out our trash. We came back later that evening to the front desk lady that was not so nice, we got in our room to take a shower and there were no clean towels that we realized halfway through so my partner went to the front desk to get some and the front desk refused to give us fresh towels. So I had to get out of the shower soaking wet and go down to the front desk and upon raising a little bit of hell with her over towels nonetheless, she told us we could just gather our things and get off the property.... over a couple towels...and we had 25 minutes to be out. That is sure some way to treat someone that serves their country… I hope they sleep well at night.

We decided to go the cheap route, service was horrible. The WHOLE place smelt like smoke/Marijuana. Someone put out their cigarettes on the hood of our car. When we asked for extra towels they wouldn't give them to us. We were only allowed 3. They didn't make the beds. They didn't do anything. Never again.

Dear guest, I am very saddened to hear that your stay was not up to your standards. As an extended stay, our services and amenities are limited. We do light services on a daily basis and full service every week, given that you do not have a 'Do not disturb' sign on the door. If extra/new towels are needed, we request that they get traded like many other hotels nationwide. I am extremely sorry if this was not mentioned to you by one of our front desk agents.
