Excellent service, friendly personnel. Receptionist was helpful. Breakfast fast great and Mrs Carol was attentive and made us feel at home. Mrs Urleta helped us get our food items. Room could have been a little more clean but it was quiet.

I will start by saying they have great rates. The hotel exterior and lobby are modern and clean. Breakfast was average. Our bed was comfortable. And the desk clerk that checked is in, Hanah, was the kindest and friendliest person you could meet.
I rated this hotel lower because of issues specific to our room and stay. We were in room 302, a king bed room. Water pressure was poor, there was a burn in the carpet, wires hanging from the television, hair and an ant in the shower, but what was the worst, a dirty wash cloth hanging in the shower. We notified the desk and I feel comfortable they will ensure it doesn't happen again.

The free breakfast had plenty of choices: scrambled eggs or omelet (varied by day; biscuits and gravy; beef sausage links and turkey sausage patties; make your own pancakes (didn't look too appealing); toast/English muffins with jellies/jams/butter; cinnamon buns; milk/juices; yogurts (Greek & Yoplait); bananas. This saved me some coin on the trip.
The beds and sheeting were comfy enough and the room was clean.
Free wifi (they changed the password midweek).
The folks at the front desk were super nice/helpful.
The cons:
The elevator was horribly slow... zzzzz... hope you're not in any hurry.
The A/C kept cycling on/off during the day/night. It got warm in the room then the A/C would cycle on then it would get super cold and turn off - then the cycle would repeat. I was originally sleeping in the bed next to the window and I thought I was getting sick, then I moved to the bed closer to the bathroom and the temp swings were more manageable.
Adjusting the temperature of the shower was difficult - good luck trying to not get scalded.

The staff was amazing, breakfast provided plenty of options. Room was spacious (had the king) and very clean. Everything was in working order, provided safe in room, fridge kept beverages cold, could not hear any other guests, bed was very comfy. Extra towels were provided upon request. Slept well!!!!

Upon check-in, we were notified that this hotel does not accept AARP or veterans discounts. Strike one. After completion of check-in, we were not given any grab & go bags even though we are rewards members. Strike two. At breakfast, there were no sausage patties nor sausage links. I was told by the food service worker that she was told not to make those available. Strike three. The only reason this hotel is not receiving a one star terrible rating is for the location and cleanliness In summary, I would give this hotel a failing grade of D.

The only downfall is entering the hotel. You can not just turn into the drive depending on the direction you are coming from.

Good place to come and get a great nights sleep. Good breakfast service in the AM. The lady’s were very polite to us and the hotel made sure to meet any needs we had with no discrepancies. I would definitely stay here again!

Service was AMAZING!!!! Front desk was really sweet and helped with all my needs. Housekeepers made sure my room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and bed was made! Definitely coming back!!! 10/10!!!!!! Hot breakfast everyday!!!!!!!!

Great stay! We needed a room for 1 night until our condo was ready…. And we’re glad we drove a few miles Out of the way for this stay! The ladies at breakfast (Sonja and Donna) were amazing! My son spilled his cereal and they came out and helped clean it and didn’t complain or seem upset about it at all. We seen them treat everyone the same way while we were there! Great employees! Overall very good stay!

Really nice Express in the Callaway area near Tyndall AFB. Clean, spacious rooms, friendly staff, and a great breakfast. I was most impressed with the attentiveness of Haley. She acknowledged my Diamond elite status, upgraded my room to a suite, and even called to my room after I checked in to make sure everything was perfect. I like that she used the word “perfect” instead of “okay” or something else mediocre. Well done!
