We booked this at the last minute but was happy that we did, front desk was very helpful and professional and they had hand sanitizers and wipes. Rooms were neat and clean, pretty good location around the corner from the strip mall and that that far from the beach. I’d stay there again

I made my reservation about a week in advance and digitally checked into the hotel the day before I arrived selecting the option of my arrival at 15:00. My family and I didn’t arrive to the hotel until around 16:25 and our room was not ready for us. One of the two girls behind the counter told me “your room hasn’t been cleaned yet” and so we waited about 20+ minutes in the lobby. Once we got into our room everything was decent except for the visibly dirty bathroom floor. The hotel over all was nice and I may stay there again if there’s not a better option in the future.

There were many issues with this hotel which I did address with management on site and may need to also have someone else take a look at. When it came to the billing on hotels.com and location and amenities it wasn’t what I was promised and having to leave a sign the night before if we want our room cleaned when we stay out late means at times you go a day or two without the room being cleaned and to pay $300 a night before tax and gratuity is steep for a non smokers room to smell like it was smoked in and the front clerk when asked to send someone over or change rooms after hair being in the shower and bathroom floor upon arrival leaves a lot to be desired regarding cleanliness. When did they become allowed to change fees of what hotels.com has guaranteed just cause they have your card on file, front desk worker seemed overwhelmed as she did not answer the phone till multiple attempts at a time understanding it’s a holiday it’s not a free service. I would not refer even someone I dislike to sleep here as the noise is uncontrolled and spent most of the trip woken by guests in the next room over which I reported to management and did not receive feedback regarding. Thank you for your feedback. Hilton family of brands do not offer housekeeping service automatically, but it is available upon request. The guest has the ability to schedule housekeeping service at any frequency they desire at the time of arrival, or any time during your stay. We offer the guest amenity card as a supplement to this offering. If you leave the amenity card hanging outside your door with the items you would like us to provide marked with the provided dry erase marker, we will supply them for you. I'm so sorry to hear it smelled as if someone smoked in your room prior to your stay. Being a completely non-smoking hotel, this is particularly concerning. We know during extremely high volume times, like holidays, rates on the beach can soar to over $1500 a night for a hotel room. It can be challenging to travel to an area that has such high demand for visitors during a time that the most visitors are present. Please accept our apologies for any short comings you may have experienced. We hope all of your future travels exceed your expectations.

This hotel is in a great location near Panama City, many restaurants within walking distance. You're just off major roadways which take you into downtown Panama City as well. 30 minutes from the airport. Nice large rooms that are well decorated and clean. Some slight wear and tear in the bathroom however. Very comfortable bed with a solid ac/heating unit. Staff was extremely helpful and nice. Overall my stay here far exceeded my expectations and I'd highly recommend it!

This was the worst service at a hotel I have ever had. What a terrible experience. Booked a whirlpool suite for my husband’s birthday. Received a call from the hotel at 3:30 pm on check in day that the whirlpool suite was not available. The rep told me she came on shift and it was gone. Offered me a junior suite for the same price or a regular room at a discount. I asked for the discounted room and she gave me a price that was literally $10 less than the price of the whirlpool room I booked. I asked her what the discount was and she told me that’s the rate and the option I chose. I ended up taking the room- very upset but she wouldn’t discuss the rate. Checked into the hotel and was given a room right next to the elevator. Listened to the elevator all night. Terrible. Front desk will not tell you that there’s not coffee or cups in the room (assuming due to covid) and will not tell you where you can get some coffee. We woke up in the morning and left very frustrated. The rep at the front desk was so rude to me on the phone and in person. Was not understanding of my situation. We’ll NEVER be back and we’ll NEVER recommend to our many friends and family that come visit regularly.

Elevators weren’t working for 3 days of stay, makes it extremely difficult for handicap, elderly, or have children. They had blowers in our flower blowing hot air increasing the temperature in the hallway and rooms. The fans also made it difficult to sleep because of the loud noise. For the price you pay breakfast is not included?!

We're sorry these were the circumstances during your stay. Rest assured it is uncommon that our elevators and air handlers would not be working. The elevator company had to get creative getting the necessary parts to return the elevator to proper operation. Honestly I wasn’t satisfied with my stay.. the toilet got stopped up and flooded the floor… the hair dryer didn’t work… the elevators was down most of the time… we had to walk up and down 4 flights of stairs… I would have to asked for all my money back if I had somewhere else to stay during that time I was there… but all the other hotels was booked… my wife and I paid a lot of our hard earned money for those nights to enjoy Panama City with our family… I stay at Hilton hotel most times I travel and I have been pleased with my stays until this time… it definitely was a good stay. Also my 11 year old daughter has asthma and had trouble going up and down those 4 flights of stairs and had to take breaks at times… a full refund was definitely deserving…

Peak season is very busy making it challenging to find accommodations in the area. We are always happy to help find other arrangements if a guest is not happy with our location. If you have not already received compensation for the challenges you experienced during your stay, reach out to the hotel directly. While we work hard to ensure every stay is amazing, there are circumstances outside of our control, like an elevator breakdown. Despite ensuring the manufacturer comes to inspect and maintain at regular intervals, our guests and staff were impacted by the downtime needed to make the proper repairs. We hope these anomaly situations will not prevent you from utilizing the Hilton family of brands during your future travels.

I walked in for a room because my father had passed away that morning. Brandi was the front desk clerk. She helped me get settled. I asked for a fan they had it in my room before I even got to it. She had a smile every afternoon when I came in and that meant so much she listen to me cry and my story's about my family. The day before my father funeral the hotel team had gotten me a card and three red roses saying sorry for my loss and if there was anything I needed just let them know. That meant the world to me. Roy the kitchen chef helped me carry my things to my room because he saw my hand were full. At this hotel they work as a team to make sure everyone is taken care of no matter what you are there for! The room I had was quite and clean. House keeping put a note saying it may rain today but the sun comes out tomorrow and everything will be better! My family travel all the time and I have never had service like this in my life!

We ended up in Panama City for a night after our flight from Destin to Dallas was cancelled. We took a shuttle and didn't have a car, so we stayed in. Immediately upon arriving we were greeted by friendly staff who told us all about the hotel amenities, offered us waters, and gave us our room keys. On our way to the elevators we passed the workout room, which was bright and clean with treadmills, a rowing machine, weights, and more. Our room was clean and had a view of the parking lot and pond (evidently with snakes and alligators according to a posted sign) beyond it. We went to the hotel restaurant for dinner and were waited on by the most friendly staff, one whose full name I forget, but she told us to call her 'Q' and the other was Ashley. Both were helpful in their suggestions, very attentive to our table, and always offered service with a smile. The food was great. After, we walked out by the pool and fire pit area - very nice - before heading to our room for the night. It was quiet and comfortable. In the morning, we headed downstairs for the free shuttle to the airport. The shuttle driver greeted us by name, took our bags, and we had a pleasant conversation about how he ended up driving the shuttle (Happy wife, happy life ;)). Overall a very pleasant stay in a nice, new hotel, but I will say - the staff MADE it. I'm not sure we'll ever be back in Panama City, FL, but if you find yourself there for a flight, this is the place to stay!

I'm so sorry this question wasn't alerted for me sooner! While we do not provide a shuttle we do have many reliable taxi services in the area. There is a possibility Uber will be back in the area soon!
My favorite beach to go to is St. Andrews State Park, it was voted one of America's most beautiful beaches! The driving distance is about 13 miles, there is a "kiddie area" at the jetties that has no wake if you have young ones. It takes about 25 minutes to get there. There is a per vehicle entry fee of $8 for 2-4 people. Rick Seltzer park is free and it has bathrooms and showers, it is about 15 miles and would be about a 30 minute drive. Both are open from 8AM to sunset. Mexico Beach is the most secluded area of beach in Bay County, it is 27 miles from the hotel and takes about 37 minutes driving.
