I liked everything about this motel except the room was too small for the money I payed but it was a king bed with small fridge and microwave. Great motel to bring kids to. Loved the tiki bar. Loved that it was right on the beach.

We love everything the sandpaper has to offer but there is catches When we called the woman who we spoke to told us what we wanted to hear. That the property was a family friendly property for the time period we chose to go to avoid spring breakers. That we wouldn't have to worry about drunk people or noise around...

I had read quite a few negative reviews and was expecting the worst so I was pleasantly surprised. Just to be clear, this is an economy resort so if your wanting luxury go somewhere else. The room was very clean and fairly comfortable. My only complaint is that the mattresses in my room were in need of replacing, they are...

The place is great for great a price. I stayed there for 7 days for about $500 bucks split between me and my girlfriend. We had a lot of fun although the internet was a huge problem because we couldn't watch Netflix or Hulu at the end of the day. I'd still recommend it for anybody wanting to get away.

This is definitely a place that your children will enjoy and for the price there was a lot of amenities that comes along with the hotel. Also there's a nice restaurant right across the street the food is good and it's very inexpensive will visit again

I was completely unsatisfied with experience because the false adverting that led me to choose this "resort". FIRST OF ALL the fact that you could call this establishment a resort is completely flabbergasting. There is fine line between motel and resort, and the sandpaper barely qualify as a motel. My friends and I were under the impression that the tiki...

I love this place. Great Helpful staff that have been there for years, great location, very relaxed atmosphere. I have one ((very big)) complaint! You need need need online pricing. I hate calling for a room price only to call an hour later and get a totally different price for the same room and the same date. (It won't allow...

I liked the idea of VIP passes to allow members a spot in the designated locations. The maids were friendly but could've been more through. Most of the service was friendly with the exception of the overnight manager. The key cards I had were very defective and he started charging per key card.

Had trouble with WiFi all ten days we were there, had low water pressure had to take showers at unusually odd times and anytime I went to the front desk with a problem there was always a line of other customers complaining
