My daughter and I spent a few weeks here and we loved it. The staff are amazing. We have been having a really rough time in life right now and coming down to reception and talking to Ms. Karen most days made us feel so much better. We got to know quite a few of the staff members actually. Ms. Belin (sorry if I'm spelling your name wrong) she's the head of house keeping and just as funny and caring as Ms. Karen. Carlos is one of the housekeepers and he is the sweetest and will help with whatever you need. We celebrated my daughters birthday while staying here and every staff member who seen her wished her a happy birthday and made her day. The blankets are super soft the sheets and very clean no stains. (They passed my black light check). The kitchenette had everything we needed for our stay. Having your own private balcony is the best. Being able to keep your door open and hear rhe waves at night was amazing. We got to watch the sunset every evening rght from the balcony. We couldn't use the pool while there because it was too cold out and the pool isn't heated. But otherwise we loved every bit of our stay.

The room and bath was clean, carpet seemed new and very clean. Beds, kitchen and hard surfaces looked clean, A/C in the room works good but it made it hard to set on balcony because of the hot air exhausted from the room. Other people also smoked on their balconies making it unpleasant to sit outside. The room does need some painting and some repairs, giving the facility an unfinished cluttered feeling. They had lots of scrap furniture and carts in the parking area, the concrete around the pool area is uneven, cracked and needed to be repaired along the tile and coping area. The mosaic tile in the lobby was not trimmed out and looked like it was DIY and not finished by someone who has laid tile before. The breakfast area was kept clean and the food consist of cereal, pastries, fruit, oatmeal, juices, etc. All the staff was very nice and help how they could but it would be nice if the management could work closer with the Adventures at Sea company that sets up the chair/umbrella and jet ski rental on their property. It shouldn’t be hard to keep up to date prices at the front desk for those staying at the Tower, especially those who would like to make plans for the next day but haven’t had a chance to talk directly to the workers on the beach. It was a pretty good visit and we did enjoys our mini stay.

Nice bed, beautiful view, plenty of space. There were a few hairs in the bathroom shower from previous tenants but nothing we couldn’t wash down the drain quickly. Easy access to the beach, and a VERY nice location close to many restaurants and activities.

Check-in at the hotel is suppose to be at 4:00 pm, we got there at 4 and were told we'd have a 10 minute wait due to staffing issues and that they were trying to get rooms cleaned. After almost an hour, we still didn't have a room so my husband asked what was happening and asked for a manager and the gentleman at the front desk was able to get us a room. The manager wasn't there at any point in our stay to discuss the issue with and this was a continued issue with other guests checking in the entire time we were there. When we finally got to the room, the coffee pot was full with old coffee, dirty towels were left hanging in bathroom, and the shower curtain was yellow at the bottom so I'm not sure why we had to wait an hour since the room wasn't really clean. The beds had sheets and pillows on them but we had to put the comforters on ourselves. Both the kitchenette sink and tub back up so be prepared to be in ankle/wrist deep water. We paid ~$75.00 in resort fees, but we're unclear of what the fees were for as there was no gym, breakfast, housekeeping, management, beach towels, or amenities that would warrant resort fees, so I'm assuming it's for the view.

ONE of the WORST hotels I have ever stayed at over 60 years of traveling! We checked in at 2 PM but didn't get room access until 5PM. The room they assigned did not have bedding or a working TV. We switched rooms but this was much dirtier. Floors had dirt/grim everywhere. It was supposed to be a suite, but no table, chairs, or counters exist so you ate on the bed. The oven was greasy and I tried to make a pizza but it was so smoky that the alarms went off and we had to open all the doors. The top burners were also greasy so only used the microwave which had a broken door. No stopper for the sink to wash dishes so we bought one ourselves. Had to ask 3-4 times/days bfore they would clean the room. They did not have a vacuum cleaner so they swept the carpet. Had to wear shoes at all times or our feet were black. There was no one at the desk so you had to walk next door to get help. The entry doors were always open so anyone could walk into the building. Ice machine was also broke so we bought ice trays. Terrible place. The only good thing was that you could walk out to the beach. Many other problems with this place but too numerous to mention.

We booked a spontaneous beach trip and stayed for four nights at this hotel. The hotel is a little dated, but they are actively working on remodeling the rooms. We arrived about an hour prior to the check-in time, but were still able to get into our room. Check-in was a breeze and the desk clerk was extremely friendly! We booked a double queen with kitchenette. I was surprised how big the room was. It was roomy enough for two adults and two teenagers. My only complaint about the room was I wish there were lids on the toilet as I was always afraid I would accidentally drop something in there. Shower pressure was great and drained properly. Beds were a little soft for my liking, but they were still comfortable. The staff at this hotel was hands-down one of the best I have ever encountered while traveling. All of the front desk clerks were great and helpful, the custodian staff was constantly cleaning and keeping the lobby area free of water and sand, the continental breakfast attendant was amazing, and the housekeepers were awesome! With Covid rules, the rooms were cleaned every day, but we were always able to get our towels refreshed when needed and trash taken away. The beach is just a short walk from the hotel and you can rent jet skis and cabanas and book banana boats or parasailing right there on the beach. Beach was clean and free from trash. I would recommend this hotel over and over again. Great price, great location, and an amazing staff!

Great location right on the beach!! Plus a kitchenette equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge and dishes! This would be a perfect place to stay if you wanted to minimize cost by cooking your own meals. I wasn’t bothered by loud neighbors at all and I didn’t have a single problem during my stay. The water pressure in the shower was great. I will certainly stay here again!

Although we've been to PC many times over the years, this was our 50th anniversary and our first honeymoon destination, so we went back.

We stayed at this motel three years ago and really liked it so we stayed there on this trip. The staff is great! As soon as we walked in and were greeted by Letitia, we felt welcome. She has the kind of personality that just makes you smile and the long drive down seem worth it.

Kind of an "old school" motel on the beach it reminds you of how PC felt and looked back in the 70s and 80s. The back side faces the ocean and everyone has a great view. The front opens to the street so you can look at everything going on up and down the road. The motel is located in a central spot so going anywhere was simple and you could walk to several stores and restaurants. We prefer the higher floors for the view, it may sound strange but we like the 6th floor for some reason.

The room was large, clean and comfortable. The tv was huge and there were a ton of cable channels to view at the end of the day. The full size refrigerator, stove and sink were great. There was a microwave, toaster, and four place dining accessories. The bathroom was nice and there were plenty of towels.

The "continental" breakfast was as most but the banana nut muffins were ever so good.

If you are virus conscience all the staff had on mask and social distancing seems to be happening. There were plex glass partitions at the check in counter. The rooms appeared to have been deep cleaned.

We really recommend this motel to anyone but particularly if you are a family unit and staying for a few days The rooms are perfect for a week at the beach for a family.

Rundown, utensils were terrible, one frying pan so scratched up, unable to use it, they did give us some new ones, keys to room stopped working the second day, had to walk 7 flights of stairs because the elevator was so slow, I’m 71 years old! Not fun! But we love the views. They really need to update the motel! One lady, ( who was also having to go down stairs), told me she’d been coming 9 years, and this would be her last time!

First off let me say you get what you pay for and you might think that 1500 for three nights is expensive but look at the other nicer resorts next door. More expensive but way nicer. This hotel lied to us. They have absolutely no beach bar or alcohol at all. You have to walk two hotels down to use their tiki bar. If you want towels, bring your own. They will blame covid for everything yet the other resorts next door have full amenities. Breakfast? Uh yea oatmeal. That’s about it. Rooms are very small. Not the cleanest. The ocean view yes is the only thing that was good. Oh and the nicest person working there is a lady named Karen. Yes Karen at the front desk is awesome. So the view and Karen are amazing. That’s it. No amenities, no bar, no towels, beds are rock hard. The elevator may or may not work and it may or may not take you to the right floor. Get used to walking up the stairs. The cleaning lady walked into our room without knocking. Just walked right in. Scared my son. I mean hello? We booked a package where you get this cider and sweets and we didn’t even get them until the last day. I had to get them myself. Not happy and won’t be back.

Hi there, great question. Our split rooms are actually located on every floor. We do take requests if you are thinking of a certain floor that you are wanting to be placed on. However, please remember that we do sell these rooms up to day of arrival and we do not guarantee the floor placement or room number. But, we always try to accommodate the request based on availability.

No. Beachcomber By The Sea and Chateau By The Sea are our two beachfront properties with pool bars. Beach Tower is a short drive to Barefoot On The Beach, which is a bar/grill also owned by By The Sea Resorts. It is located on the beach and also has a pool.
