The Villa I was in was actually a three bedroom three bath condo and it did have a washer and dryer in the unit. They also charge an additional $125 cleaning fee even if the condo is left in pristine condition. There is also an additional 12.5% tax added to the displayed price. My $555.00 three day stay actually came to $855.00. Quite a shocker. Be sure to read all the charges and conditions.
