A recent visit to the Grand Palms Hotel was truly a NIGHTMARE! Firstly, this property is more the equivalent of a motel. The golf course as well as all the public spaces have seen better days. The property is not ADA accessible. The hotel has only one small ramp that leads to the lobby. There is not an elevator or...

Stayed for 2 nights with my kids and was extremely disappointed. Room dirty with prior guests used soap and hair in the tub; cockaroach; grounds are beautiful at a distance but littered with cigarette buts, water bottles and beer cans. It's truly a shame...

I have stayed in a lot of hotels and this one was below "par". Upon driving in it looks well kept but once you get out of the car it's far from it. The hotel needs a complete gut, inside & out. The exterior walkways have cracked tile flooring and is dirty, the pool furniture had holes in it and...

I don't know where to begin. We called the night before we left to ask about something and was informed that our reservation was cancelled, supposedly by Expedia over a month ago. They reinstated the reservation, but upon arrival, we were told that the type of room we requested was no longer available, but we could upgrade to a suite...

Worst hotel experience: Pictures on all websites look NOTHING like the actual rooms which are dated, mattresses feel like you are sleeping on a piece of paper on top of a coil, the continental breakfast is a JOKE, i.e. a few pieces of bread, dry cereal and juice, oh and a waffle maker, and the check-out staff did not seem...

During the check in of my manager family they wasn't able to find the CC authorization, My manager called me complaining about the situation and I call the Hotel and...

This hotel i very old we have stayed there many times because of the location. It looks like an old holiday inn in side the rooms the tile work and fixtures are from the 70's the AC was so loud woke us up at 452 a.m. turned it down and it kept revving up like we had a small plane...

Very old rooms but very roomy and the cleaning service sucks, not bad for area and very good rates. No dinner service and continental breakfast is very limited. No fruits and for a diabetic there is no choice. The phone in the room did not work and the front desk was not helpful

Super out-dated rooms in desperate need of renovations. Furniture falling apart. It doesn't even have a small refrigerator and if you want a microwave it cost $5.00 per day. This is absolutely the trashiest place we've ever stayed at. Spend your money somewhere else.

You can tell by looking that this resort was a very nice place in it's heyday, but it's in need of updating for sure. The rooms were clean, for the most part. The sheets were quite natty, and the bed runners had holes. There were not nearly enough electrical outlets for today's electronic gadgets, etc. The continental breakfast (which you...
