Not what I expected from a Red Roof Inn, after booking over the phone because of online TripAdviser reviews. First room was unacceptable due to smell and filth. Manager moved us to next door room, clean and cold. Noisy hallways at night, barking dogs. Pool closed due to Covid 19. Coffee for breakfast. Friendly staff, but would not feel safe staying here again.

This place is in the final stages of a make over. We got into one of the rooms just finished on 3rd floor, they were working on 1st which needed to walk thru to get to elevator. After almost a week on the road staying at Red Roofs we had been surprised at what they call a clean room! This place is Nice! We will try to stay again on our return trip!

The room was clean, a great price and the staff were very helpful. I've visited before when it was Ashton Inn and it was horrible. Owners did a complete 180 to the building. They have Military rates and pets always stay free! The siding is down some since the hurricane, but that should be overlooked. Bob at the front desk is very helpful!

Do not throw away your money spend it somewhere else. Sleep is/was impossible after the second time in minutes I had to chase off the cockroaches. Lights out means so is the roach army. I simply cannot abide avoidable insects in the bed. Yes I said in the bed. I had to clean the room when I moved into it and just wanted sleep but it’s hard to sleep with all the lights on and impossible to sleep with them off. The manager refused to refund my money then attempted to keep the deposit claiming that I smoked in the room only problem is that I don’t smoke. Not sure how they smell anything over the smell of crack and curry. If drugs are your thing the parking lot is the place to find them.

This place might be tempting to save a few dollars but it became a nightmare fast. First was checked into a room that smelled like cat urine, transferred to another room where I was told hot water wasn't working but was being fixed later in the day, took the room and after returning a few hours later to no hot water was told I had been checked in for a few hours so no refund.

Heres what I found on the bed sheets,
manager Patel refunded nothing & had major attitude.

Don't waste your time, plenty of other options,
highly recommend spending the couple extra bucks.

Due to a house fire my family and I have been staying at the Red Roof Inn on Warrington Rd for almost 2 months. Their website pictures the rooms exactly as they are. We found our room as well as the rest of the Inn as very clean. Every staff member we have encountered has been friendly and eager to please. Maintenance has been available when needed and always polite. Some amenities: non smoking rooms, pets welcome, cooking pans available at the front desk should you want to prepare a meal, king or queen beds. Our stay here has been comfortable and pleasant. Prices are very reasonable. I recommend this Inn to all that need a room for the night, week or even a month.

This is absolutely the worst hotel that I have ever checked into in my life. I say checked into, because I left as soon as I saw the condition of the room. First of all, when you approach the hotel you can see that there is siding fall off of the building. I attempted to remain hopeful that perhaps this was just a maintenance issue and that the rooms would be nice. As I walked into the lobby I noticed a homeless man with a shopping cart lounging on the lobby sofa. Yes, his shopping cart is also hanging out in the lobby. The woman at the front desk is perfectly okay with this, I guess he is the hotel mascot. Despite all of the signs I still try to remain optimistic and proceed to walk to my room. The room was absolutely disgusting, mold growing on the window sill, slippers underneath my bed, the countertop was grimy and hadn't been wiped down, and there was urine in the toilet waiting to greet me. Not to mention the roaches and disgusting stains on the bed from God knows what.

The worst part about this was the manager, I was in the room for a total of 20 minutes and he was adamant about not refunding me or my coworkers. We had to go back and forth with this "upstanding" gentleman for about 30 minutes before he decided to give us our money back. STAY AWAY!

This place is a Roach a Motel. They have Remodeled rooms with Roaches 🪳 With Egg's on their back 🪲🐛 Running Around in their Rooms. I had to wrap my bags in plastic and let sit Wrapped when I got home for A week.... The Fridge had Hair All in it. The cabinet had a missing Drawer
.. The stove had only One side working. There was No Cookware, forks, Spoons or Knives available. The Front Desk said you have to pay and Extra 25.00 to use theirs When I had already gave them 100.00 Cash deposit . I booked The Room with a Kitchenette So I Was Confused .. There was No Iron, towels or Rags. The lady at the desk with braids, Seemed so interested to do anything & Honestly High or Something .. So we went to Walmart to buy everything to make it through the week 😂. They offered a 10% refund which I have not seen yet. They Will reply to this thread With a Copy & Paste Apology. But I hope This helps Someone. I'll never go back to I paid 1200.00 I suggest you keep looking too. If it was cheaper it would be ok. But every hotel on this side of the bridge use's fake pictures that don't match Reality

Parking was horrible too. Not enough spaces to take care of their Guest.

Awful place. Within the first few minutes my kids found a crack pipe in the Ice bucket. There was feces on the bathroom door, long hairs on the "clean towels" stained beeding with burn holes. Pulled put the pull out couch and it was disgusting, all stained up, food on it and when we lifted it there was wet sticky stuff and food all over. I informed the lady in the office who apologized and said they have been having problems with the new house keepers and gave me keys to the room above us. I went in and there were food rappers, whole peanuts, stains so i went down and informed her and she offered a full refund without hesitation. The proberty is grown up, dirty and in a not so safe area. The catpet in the stairs is all stained up and stinks. The images are very deceiving!!! The pool room is very dirty, nasty windows and the switch to turn the spa on will shock you. We drove 12.5 hrs for a vacation to this and due to not getting the refund for 1 to 2 business days on a Friday we spent 1 night in Mississippi and came home. This was the worst experience and waste of money!

We were back in Pensacola for one night after recently moving from there... a little business to finish up and meet some friends for dinner. We chose this hotel for its location... convenient to what we needed to do. Really regret that decision! This place is disgusting! Rooms are very shabby, and absolutely filthy! I mean with all caps FILTHY! We arrived a little later than we had planned and our dinner got moved up to quite early, otherwise we’d have left! The floors in our room hadn’t been cleaned in months... years possibly! Visible black dirt thick on the floor! Bathroom was equally disgusting! Rust and dirt on everything! We were actually afraid to shower in this place! Only saving grace was a reasonably clean bed. The furniture was cheap to begin with but the Formica tops were chipped and also dirty! The dresser had a drawer completely missing! I would never put anything of ours in anything in this room! No excuse for filth like this! None!
Stay ANYWHERE else! The parking lot is a better option!
