Hotel lobby was very clean and welcoming. Making the reservation on the phone, checking in and checking out all with Jasmine was PERFECT! We had a 4th floor room which was VERY CLEAN, everything worked in our room, comfortable beds and pillows, excellent breakfast (standard hotel fare but decent enough quality) and hotel was quiet. 2 mile drive to 5 Flags which made it super convenient for the reason we were there. Thought the price during a special event was fair. Would definitely stay at this property in the future. Pool also looked nice although we didn't use it. Thanks again Jasmine for making our stay a pleasant one!

My husband and I were driving back from a family trip and decided to stop hereto rest. We were so impressed by the friendly check in person. She even offered us bottled water which has never happened in any hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was so clean, the sheets smelled fresh, the bathroom had no hair on the floor or sink, it was spotless. In the morning we loved the breakfast, the smoothies and gluten free choices like potatoes and eggs. Everything was lovely. We will definitely stop here regularly. Great place to stay friendly easy access to restaurants within walking distance. Pool nice very clean. Rooms adequately equipped. Staff overall friendly helpful accommodating. Equipment room good for workout. Bath tubs are a little small but most people shower. Good stay nice atmosphere.

We stayed Dec 4. No running water in lavatory. Called and told no rooms available to move. Late and we were tired from driving all day so we agreed to stay. Offered discount to stay. Young lady working front desk was very nice. She called manager who called out maintenance person, who came with no tools just to make sure water valve was on. It was - so he was unable to do anything. They scheduled repair for next day. Never received discount. Called front desk again next day. Manager not available on Saturday but they did take message and information about issue. No manager response to date and no discount. Pd $261 full reservation price as Hilton Honors member. Also reported next day that the mixing valve in shower did not work correctly. Hot water ran in tub but when turned on shower, you had exactly 4 seconds before water switched back to cold. The one thing that did run -the commode off and on all night, very loudly. We usually always stay through Hilton honors. Room was nice but plumbing issues were a bit much. What put it over the edge for us was that the manager never followed up. I know this person was aware because they were notified at the very beginning, as the young lady working the front desk was not certain what to do. We were in the room next morning getting ready to check out. We had do not disturb sign on door. So we were called to see if repairman could come in. So I know there is a record of need for repair. Issues happen but it is your customer service response that makes the difference. In this case, it was non-existent.

I reserved and PAID for a king room one week before our trip. At check in we were given a queen room but not told that. Upon entering our room we immediately called the front desk. She informed us that rooms were assigned according to “availability” and we could not have a king room because nothing was available.
The next morning we noticed the sign on the bathroom mirror that said housekeeping was not a routine service due to covid. If we wanted our room cleaned or fresh towels we would need to contact the front desk. At 7 am I called and asked for housekeeping to come that day. The front desk worker then told me I had to make that request the night before. No one mentioned this at check in. And why is 7 am not early enough?
Completely surprised on Sunday morning when we went downstairs for breakfast. Complete buffet with all of the works. Great to see that. Monday morning.... no buffet. Nothing makes sense.
Time to depart. No one working the front desk. We watched as people stood and waited for the front desk worker to come to the desk. People would say “hello?” No one came out of the back office. We finally dropped the key behind the desk.
We have stayed at PLENTY of Hampton Inns. This is not normal services we’ve grown accustomed to. We will reconsider our choice next time if this is becoming their new normal.

We made a weekend trip to visit family with a 18 month old baby during a pandemic and staying at the Hampton was great! The check in and out was easy and everything in the room was very clean! My son even spilt coffee on the sheets and the staff were more than happy to get our room cleaned up. They were allowing us to snack in the dining area even though they weren’t serving anything to eat. It was nice because most nearby places were allowing us to eat at the restaurant so it was nice of the hotel staff to allow us to enjoy our meals in the lobby. My son also loved the view of being able to see the cars drive by from our window. View was great, the rooms were great and the staff was amazing! Thank you Hampton and thank you to all the staff! You guys definitely made traveling with a kid easy! :)

I am a Volunteer Band Parent and drove a Big Truck to Disney World recently and needed a familiar property to spend a night in. The Hampton in Pensacola was totally accomodating and assisted me to find safe and secure parking both for me and for the other occupants. The staff was super nice and the room right on point to the Hampton standards that I have come to expect. Unfortunately our trip was canceled at the last minute due to coronavirus so I ended up staying again on the way back home. I was so glad that I knew exactly where I could stop and be met with once again super friendly service!!

Hotel was clean and the employees were great. Breakfast was plentiful and the smoothies were a hit with my girls. Our room was excellent, beds comfy and couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Having a CracckerBarrel across the street was handy for dinner and didn’t have to get back in the car after driving all day. Construction next door and our room was on the end next to it and we never heard a bit of noise. Great hotel! Best Hampton Inn I have stayed in.

My wife and I have been staying here monthly for the past year. Hotel is very clean. Most pleasant is the receptionist at the front desk. Her name is Jasmin Sellers, Jasmine always welcome me with a smile and goes above and beyond assisting guests. She’s a diamond at the front desk of this hotel. Amaising lady!

About 600 miles to Juno Beach.
I would call the hotel and ask. Some hotels don't have a time limit, just that you don't disturb other guest and that children are accompanied by an adult.
