Disgusting. you will fill out a multi page check in form. they will run a background check on you. we were supposed to have 2 beds in our room. there was one double bed. the bathroom had mold on the walls. i immediately demanded a refund telling management that i refused to stay in such a filthy place. they did refund my charges, which was smart, because i would have won easily in court. nice people that are in over their heads. they will be out of business before too long.

If you value your health, safety, and level of quality of a decent place to spend one night or more – DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE. The Hospitality Inn on Mobile Hwy, in Pensacola, FL., is the worst place I have ever spent the night in. The place smelled so bad that I had to leave because I was getting sick and could not even sleep at night. The linen was dirty, had stains, cigarette burns, and they smelled. The pillows were nothing more than a very poor excuse of an attempt of a cheap piece of rag to lay your head on. My dog has a better pillow to sleep on. The TV did not work at all, it kept cutting out and when I asked for another TV I was told that they did not have any replacements and this was on Super Bowl Sunday. They also told me that they had no other rooms. There was no phone in the room, no coffee maker, no table to eat on, only one chair in the room, the carpet was dirty with many stains, and the bathroom had mold and mildew growing in the corners, many of the light bulbs were either burnt out or missing. I have served and lived in “Third World Countries” that had better one star hotel than this place. I have to sleep with a CPAP machine and that means continued forced air coming into my lungs from within the room. The stink of the room was so bad that I could not breathe using my CPAP machine because I could not stand the smell. Even when I replaced the filter with a new filter that did not help keep out the bad odor from within the room. In fact I had to leave the door open leading to the outside parking lot, but I had to be very careful that no one tried to enter my room with the door open because most people that stay or hang around this area where this hotel is located are drug addicts, homeless people or prostitutes. On the second evening I could not take it anymore, so I decided to check out. I went to the front desk to check out and there was no one around. I waited for 10 minutes and no one ever showed up. I decided to leave even though I had paid for 7 nights and I had only slept there only one night. I left on Super Bowl Sunday, and since then I have been calling the hotel and asking for the manager or owner and the staff tells me that they do not know who the manager or owner is. I asked them who signs their checks, and the answer they give me is “we get paid in cash”. I have called four times and each time I get the same answer no one knows anything. Please if you value your health, safety and quality of life DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOSPITALITY INN on Mobile Hwy in Pensacola, FL. There is nothing hospitable about the place. The Health department, Fire department, and the Department of Tourism of Florida should inspect this place and warn the general public to stay away from this INN. The reason I even stayed at this place was because I was short of cash, and because of personal reasons. Next time I will just sleep in my car or under rock, I will better off than staying at this place ever again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hospitality Inn in Pensacola, Florida!
We have been traveling there for a few years now with kids in college... and we just found Hospitality on our last trip! I loved having all the conviences in the room... sink, microwave, coffe pot..
dishes! and the fridge was a huge plus! The pool area is so pretty, as was the breakfast room. We had some guests visit us while we were there and I was able to make a pot of coffee and go with them to the breakfast room and chat! It was wonderful.. I must add the popcorn at 4:00pm was a real treat! The staff is great.. housekeeping was wonderful... Evangelina, if they get this message to you... praying for your son!I can't wait to come back! The only fault I found is that there was only one working washing maching.. it was a holiday weekend and all should have been in working order.. other than that..loved it!

The only reason we stayed in this DUMP was because we had already booked it and we arrived late and they wouldnt refund our money for the first night. First of all the room and hall smelled horrible! The room had definitely not been cleaned in months. It was absolutely disgusting. The towels had brown stains and the shower was stained green and brown. We wouldn't go near it. We brushed our teeth with bottled water b/c we were scared to use the water. The covers felt like sandpaper. A roach crawled on one of us in the hallway. We changed rooms when we got there b/c it smelled horrible but the other room wasn't any better. The security guard walked in on us without knocking!!! We left as soon as possible. This is by far the nastiest motel in FLORIDA!!!! DO NOT EVER STAY HERE. This motel should be condemned!!!!!!!!

You don't get what you pay for here. After paying almost $90 with tax for a room for ONE person, I get a dingy, dark room that hadn't even been cleaned before I stayed in it. There were dirty dishes in the sink (yuck!), the towels hadn't been restocked, and the bathroom floor was very dirty (spots that looked like urine). The only reason I stayed that night is because I was too tired to find anything else. I didn't even shower in the room because it was so gross. Skip this place at all cost.

Hospitality Inn of Pensacola is absolutely the worse room I have ever seen. Hotel staff rude and slow. One employee had her baby in office with her, the other has her boyfriend borrowing her phone through the glass and while I'm tired and waiting she takes care of her man first. Then the price was ridiculous. $50.00..what a joke you can go to motel 6 and no risk of getting sick for same amount. No pillows on bed. Dirty towel in the shower. Crack pipes with baggie full in closet. Used condom under bed. Bed bugs will eat you alive while staying. No key to your Room cause ppl have stole them all and those stolen keys still work to the room. So you never know when you may have a visitor who stayed there before. I stayed 20 minutes and I went down the street a mile and paid same 50 for a nice comfortable safe place to sleep. No refunds of course so STAY AWAY!!!

This is the worst place I've ever stayed in. Years ago we stayed here and it was wonderful. They have such a big hospitality room and our family spent time sitting down there talking and being together. But this time it was terrible. We had 4 rooms for 15 family members for a wedding. We a are all non drinking. All of our rooms had bugs. My room had cobwebs hanging off the wall and ceiling. Bugs in the bathtubs, on the counter. Then the first night there we went down to the hospitality room to play Uno and Yahtzee. At 9:15PM this very rude women came down and said we were making to much noise. She said they had had 3 complaints. I really doubt they had complaints because the rooms she said complained were quite a way from where we were. But we did quiet down. Then 15 miunutes later we were told the room was now closed and we had to leave. Then the next evening (our last evening together) we went down there around 8:30PM just to sit and visit and we were told the room was closed and we couldn't go in there.

The exterior of this hotel looks pretty lackluster, but don't be fooled. The staff was top-notch: friendly and helpful. The breakfast every morning turned into a happy, talkative gathering of people from all over the world. The rooms are quite nice: very homey and clean. The fridge was HUGE; we got groceries and cooked most of our meals in our room (which saved us a ton of money). It was an unbelievable value.
