Staff was not friendly, did not offer any type of communication at arrival. Did not have any waffle at breakfast station, which is one of the main attractions on the website, tables were left dirty, no one attended to the customers needs. No toiletries upon arrival nor at turn down services, we had to call downstairs for services, no apologizes...

The front desk and main entrance were all right. When we walked into our room, I noticed an odd smell, it smelled like wet dog...gross. The carpets were stained and the bathroom was old and dingy. Breakfast was horrible. It only consisted of bagels, apples, oranges, and cereal. The apple juice dispenser wasn't working, so I was disappointed in that....

There were dirty floors, tiny bathrooms, lumpy pillows, and worst ac/thermostat ever. Everything felt damp and sticky. There were stains on the floors and bed skirts. The only thing that was nice was that they were pet friendly.

Staff was great, friendly, courtious, helpful. The building is past due for replacement, like most La Quinta's. Fresh paint and new carpet in a worn out building is like putting a bandaid on a bullet wound.

Hands down one of the worst hotels I've ever been in. The room smelled moldy but the beds oh my god it was like sleeping on a hammock. Made reservations for a king smoking pet friendly room. Arrived at 4:15 and was told room would not be ready for another hour. Came back hour later and room was still not ready.
