The rooms are very nicely sized - two people would easily not be in each others' way - and comfortably furnished. Sure Stay Hotel is an extension of Best Western venture into possibly extended stay units. This particular set up in Pensacola, FL was nice, an older complex, but Best Western has made the units very nice and functional. Our single unit had king bed, full kitchen(working ice maker), with full size oven, microwave, refrigerator with dishes, flatware, and a table to easily sit for computer work or eating.
Bathroom was large with shower/tub and commode separate from vanity area. It is clear these units were apartments we believe at one time for in our unit some changes were made, but did not in any way hinder room amenities or function. Best of all the price for travelers. Not crushing on the wallet.

This was our second stay at this hotel and enjoyed both times. Kasia was very helpful answered all of our questions throughout our vacation. She also called the room shortly after check in to ensure everything was to our satisfaction - which it was. We were able to borrow extra kitchen items which was super helpful and on our second trip we even brought our dog with us. I really appreciated that the facilities were quiet. Just a nice relaxing time here.

Great price, room layout, and amenities. Staff were polite and friendly, however very young and often alone. Due to that fact alone I didn’t bother the staff. Cleanliness was the problem. We would rather pay more than return here. Table was dirty, brown hand marks on walls, white residue along baseboards that were peeling in areas, floor was filthy. Washed floor myself three times before water was only slightly brown in sink. White towels turned brown when I cleaned shower water off bathroom floor so my son wouldn’t slip. Floor separating in areas. Wouldn’t let anyone walk around without shoes on. White sticky substance on back of couch. Almost stepped in dog poop twice outside our door. Have photos. I ended up cleaning the room myself with the limited cleaning supplies I had. Luckily we were camping prior to our stay. Used our own bedding.

I originally booked one night, when I went down to extend I was charged again after being told it would roll over the incidental fees and was charged twice the man had me crying he was so rude and as I was about to eat breakfast food was being put up after I just paid a second night to extend and charged a second incidentals fee. The guy was very inconsiderate. The most positive thing was the girl at check in was very nice, she deserves to be promoted

As I informed you at check-out that I am happy to look into any additional charge you may see on your account and was waiting for you to show me, but you instead did not return after checking your back account. The outside property was good. The inside of the studio was simple, nothing fancy but appropriate since we travelled with a puppy. I loved the fact that it did not have no sticky carpets. They were nice hard floors but they were dirty. Breakfast was good. But a big disappointment was the cleanliness of the room. I cannot stand dirty places. Sheets and towels were clean, but everything else was dirty. Walls need a fresh coat of paint. Floors , mirrors, and dishes were dirty. Trash behind the sofa and beds. This property needs a serious attention to housekeeping. The neighboring property had a lot of trash all around.

When I checked in, I was told there was a mandatory $100 charge for any amenities or damage that might be incurred. This was a complete surprise to me. It had been a LONG day, and I was very tired. I asked why. The clerk said to cover smoking and pets damage. I told him I don't smoke, and I had arrived by motorcycle, so no pets. He said, "well, never know, you might break a door or something." This was pretty demeaning. I was very tired, and I just wanted to get to bed. I had breakfast and left early the next morning. I did not shower. I washed my face and brushed my teeth, and that was the extent of the bathroom needs. And now, I am awaiting some maid's opinion whether the room is OK and I get my $100 credited back. This is stupid.

I have been to this hotel several times and it is older but very nice with large rooms. Priced well and has everything you need for a nights stay and rest. Breakfast is enough to get you back on the road. rooms will give you the rest you need, close to many other things you may want, and staff is helpful.

We are BW rewards customers so we try to stay in their hotels when we can. This condo was dirty. It appears the floors had not been swept, there was debris everywhere. The stairs to the loft had dirt on them. The bathroom had hair in the tub and on floor. The toilet did not work, something the housekeeping staff should have identified. There was only one trash can in the kitchen, not in the bedrooms or bathrooms. Breakfast mediocre at best.

Place was a little bit out of the way but it was comfortable, clean and quiet. We had an enormous room on the ground floor (enter form outside) so we avoided stairs. The check-in was very good and helpful as we got in mid-evening. I would recommend this place for those looking for an inexpensive but comfortable night. Breakfast was the regular fare you would expect.

Yes there is a hot tub and grills. Next to the grills are tables. Also next to the pool area they have a 2 beautiful outdoor sitting areas—one is under a canopy with a fire pit and the other is not.

Our pool and hot tub are open year round. Our property is set up like apartments with private entrances to individual buildings. The upstairs suites are accessed by stairs only (not elevators). If you would like to guarantee a first floor room, please feel free to reserve a "Accessible" room. You do not need to be disabled to do so.
