Writing this as a couple who travels on business. The first night was fine, front desk attendant was friendly. The next morning, I asked the lady who was on duty how much their bottled drinks were, as there are no vending machines. The breakfast attendant jumped in and said "let her use my discount" and laughed at me for declining the $3 price tag. Not a big deal, but I didn't want to be a hassle and ask her to break a hundred dollar bill for a $3 drink. I felt like that was really inappropriate, from a customers stand point. The room was okay, the beds definitely need to be replaced as they are very bouncy. The other Fairfield inn's that we frequent have newer, more comfortable beds. Be aware that housekeeping works as late as 6pm most days. The elevator drops down when you step in and you will be hearing conversations in the rooms around you. The television was very small compared to other hotels we have stayed at. The breakfast selection was plentiful, but be aware the attendant is very loud, not welcoming at 6:30 am.

Not one of the better Fairfield‘s. Older(?) small cramped lobby and breakfast room. Room was clean and comfortable for most part. Bed was way to soft and commode was really low ( below knees and I’m 5’4) Breakfast was wall prepackaged biscuits, waffle, muffins. Area was clean and very sweet lady kept up on making sure guest had what they needed. Easy access of both East & West bound I-10. We traveled with another couple, 2 rooms, one reservation and they would not let us put the rooms on separate credit cards-annoying. Overall it was ok for one night but would probably try another hotel next time.

I needed a hotel near the airport for one night. I had read lots of reviews, and selected a place that I thought sounded good.... and then, apparently, booked the wrong place!

The location is right off the highway, in a heavily retail area. It was very noisy, with lots of sirens all night.

Within 10 minutes of our check-in, an alarm sounded and the building was evacuated. We were allowed to return to our room within 10 or 15 minutes, but it was a little disconcerting that when the fire dept. arrived to check things out, no one seemed to sweep the rooms or be sure everyone was okay. When we left later for dinner, the front desk said that it must have been a bad sensor of some sort, and "everything is old and needs to be replaced"

The room was fine. It was clean and the beds were okay. The hallways were ice cold from the air conditioning.

There are lots of restaurants in the area, plus lots of retail. The facility is about 10 minutes from the airport. There is no airport shuttle.

Around 9 or 10pm, we heard loud screaming coming from outside, (the Waffle House next door?) and heard more sirens shortly after. It is unknown whether or not those 2 events were connected, but it was rather disconcerting for 2 women traveling.

There are always bad experiences when you travel, The worst ones are the ones that can easily be avoided. My bad experience started 10 minutes after I checked in. A simple request of (2) extra pillows turned into a two day ordeal. I called the front desk, was assured two pillows would be delivered, I went to the beach came back No pillows, I asked Housekeeping...Same thing was assured but no pillows were delivered. I called the front desk again thinking that a different staff member would deliver my request...again no pillows. That night the noisy window unit AC was so loud it kept my wife and I up all night. The Bed's Mattress had a large sink spot in the middle, I don't have to tell you how annoying that was. Next day after returning from the Beach the room was not serviced, There was no answer from Housekeeping when I called to request clean towels (I was not asked if I wanted room cleaning upon check-in) I understand difficulties coming out of a Pandemic but this hotel is NOT run properly by personal that care even a little. Bon Voy should be ashamed of this Brand. I'll never attempt to stay at a Fairfield property again.

Very surprized at how dated this Hotel is. There were calcium water stains in the sinks, toilet and bathtub. The drain in the sink did not work very well. Remote is wrapped in a plastic bags with rubber bands around it. I had to clorox wipe everything in the room to feel somewhat comfortable in the room, refused to let anyone come in and clean during my stay. Rooms did have a smell but thank God O brought my Febreze. They have an indoor pool and a very small sitting area outside - however I did not feel safe being outside alone in the dark. Hotel is next to a Waffle House which was decent since the breakfast at the hotel consisted of pre-made sandwiches, prepacked danishs or muffin and cereal, No breads or Bagels with cream cheese etc. Employees were very friendly and helpful. The $190.00 per night was too high for this hotel in my opinion.

Rude staff! We had a ten hour drive from San Antonio Tx. After some unexpected delays we didn’t arrive until around 2:30am. Dec 28, just long enough to get some sleep and hit the road again. When I checked in the front desk name started with V had black and blonde dreds, was mopping. I told her I needed to check in which she gave me my keys for two rooms told me where the elevator was and proceeded to mop. Well my family needed to gather their things so she proceeds to sigh loudly as we walk through. My husband forgot a bag and again the murmurs and sighs. A smart person would wait until the family you just checked in were at least on the elevator rather than be persistent to continue mopping and getting irritated. Furthermore when we got to our room the shower was disgusting orange around the drain, mold in corner of the shower, the tub was discolored like a ring on it. The toilet kept running and the sink drain was slow. Do not stay in this hotel. Rude staff, filthy rooms.

I think some reviewers here confuse this hotel with Fairfield Inn & Suites Pensacola West I-10 which is probably better. This one is Fairfield Inn Pensacola I-10. It's an old and dated hotel with dated furniture, dated bathroom, and even blankets and pillows and sheets look dated. The room was so dated it was impossible to determine whether it was clean. Very poor sound insulation as the noise from the highway traffic could be heard all night. Free breakfast was a mendacious claim as there was practically no breakfast, only yogurt and coffee. To be fair we came down for breakfast pretty late, shortly after 8, but I have a strong suspicion that even at 6 am the feast of King Solomon it was not. The staff seemed to be oblivious to what was happening and were busy chatting to each other. I gave it 2 stars only because of its proximity to I-10 which makes it a convenient stop.

Had booked at another hotel in town that was unlivable and scrambled to find a new room. This was a great landing that we had not looked at before. New facility with clean rooms. Great breakfast area. Easy on/off from I-10 with plenty of food places next door. Staff was friendly and welcoming making it a great two day stay. Highly recommend this location if you are traveling on the highway or planning activities on the NAS Pensacola side of town.

No problems at all. Front desk (Lorelei) was extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful. Foyer area has complimentary fruit, water, and coffee 24-7. Nothing wrong with the room at all. Beds were fine, bathroom was stocked with the pump-type shower essentials, water pressure was excellent. Complimentary breakfast had hot food and cereals and yogurts - fully maintained. Seriously ... nothing was wrong. Clean, safe, highly recommend. Would stay again.

If you want employees to enter your room at night, unauthorized and unannounced , stay here. If you would like to feel safe, definitely do not stay at this hotel! We checked in through the Marriott app in the morning, received the digital key a few hours later and then made it to the hotel around 4:15.
I specifically stopped at the front desk to get an additional key. Received the key and went to the room. At around 9:15 pm, an employee tried to get into it room, without knocking first or giving us a heads Up. Thankfully we had the latch hooked so he could not enter. I then called the front desk and Roderick answered stating that he was the manager and he wanted to show someone the room. Wait what- you gave us keys a few hours prior. I would certainly hope you would check the computer first to see if there was anyone in the room. He proceeded to tell me he didn’t think anyone was in that room because the keys were still at the desk, but then when my friend went downstairs to ask why he tried to get into the room he said he had a master key, despite telling me a few minutes earlier that the keys were from earlier in the day…. He cannot be trusted as he told two different stories in the matter of 10 minutes! Beware!! I filed a complaint with Marriott and we moved to a nicer Marriott hotel. Also earlier in the day he told us he was in house helping but they were short staffed and needed someone to help out. That’s great if he wanted to help out, however his behavior with trying to enter an occupied room, was unprofessional, creepy, and scary.
