It is hard to believe that Michaele and her great staff could outdo themselves but our last visit in February was the best ever! She continues to upgrade the Inn, knocking out walls and adding larger bathrooms, hiring the best staff and Dean the new Inn Manager....The rooms are beautifully appointed and the breakfasts on our three night visit were...

The room was cozy and beautiful. The staff was very friendly and cool. The breakfast was very creative and delicious. I highly recommend as a great couples or family getaway. Blocks away from virtually everything in the saint Augustine area.

We're glad you enjoyed your breakfast - we try to make sure our guests get filled up before they go explore our city (which, as you mentioned, we're in the middle of!). Carriage Way loves our guests, whether they are singles, couples, or adult families. Thank you for your recommendation!

There simply are not enough superlatives to describe Carriage Way! The friendly and helpful staff, our room (Aquamarine), the amenities, the delicious breakfasts, and the location were all beyond compare! We have stayed st several B&Bs and Carriage Way ranks as #1 for us. How appropriate that the rooms are named for gemstones as this B&B is truly a gem!

I use to travel to St. Augustine as a child each summer to visit relatives. I had not been back in years and wanted to tour all the historical area again and visit with family. Although there are many more shops and restaurants, I enjoyed the quaintness of the town and seeing all the historical sights. I would definitely go...

We're so glad you enjoyed coming back to St Augustine! This town is always changing - when guests arrive, we always point out establishments that have opened since their last visit. And we're glad you liked the Amethyst room - with a separate entrance but access to the rest of the house, we think it's a nice balance between privacy...

We love this great B&B. Location could not have been better. Staff was very accommodating. Parking was included which is always a plus in a city. The room was very comfortable. Enjoyed the very relaxing porches for evening wind down and great morning breakfast. Would definitely return!

Thank you for the wonderful review! We're so glad you enjoyed your stay with us. Our parking lot is one of our best attributes - because we're in the heart of the Historic District, we encourage guests to just park their car upon arrival and not touch it again until they've checked out. And we're glad you discovered the porches...

The Carriage Way Inn was wonderful. The owners were more than helpful and courteous in every way. We stayed in the gold room and they made sure we had ample parking for my truck. We stayed in the cottage which was nice and private. Short walk to the main inn. Breakfast was fantastic. Dean the inn manager was extremely nice...

My stay in the "garnet" room was amazing. Everything about this b&b just puts it head and shoulders above a boring stay at a holiday inn. I highly recommend a stay at Carriage Way for more than just the obvious reasons of excellent location, on site free parking, and comfortable accommodations.
