Best location in the historic district. Neat bar just around the corner, think it's called mi cada. Love this B&B just off the main promanade. Rooms are very comfortable and well appointed, clean and cozy. This was my second stay and I'm sure I'll be back again. The chef is amazing and all our breakfast have been exceptional in taste...

This place is amazing!!! We only stayed 2 nights, but hands down was the highlight of our honeymoon. Megan is so awesome! We already booked our anniversary for next year. The only B&B we will stay at.

The other reviews of this property are very accurate. They have a great staff and wonderful location. Breakfast was fantastic. My only complaint was that the bar next door played on Saturday night until about midnight. Don't forget your earplugs and sleeping pills!!!

Great Room & Amazing Location! It would have been nice to have more of a menu to eat from in the morning. As a vegetarian- the only option for me was to eat the muffins at were sitting out all night:( *Highlight- the muffins where yummy!

I have stayed at this Inn multiple times and they never fail to win my approval. Every room that I have stayed in has been very comfortable and relaxing. Besides the friendly staff, the other reason I choose to say at Agustin Inn is its wonderful location to the historic district's shopping and restaurant offerings. I stayed last weekend for...

We recently stayed at the Agustin Inn in Saint Augustine. We enjoyed our stay, and Gordon, the Innkeeper, gave us excellent recommendations for dining and entertainment during our stay. Breakfasts were very good, and the place has a location - right in the colonial quarter of town - that can't be beat. One word of warning: it's next door to...

We stayed two nights and really enjoyed ourselves. We stayed in room 13 which we chose because it has a balcony so we could go outside for a smoke. The room was a little cramped but overall nice. Breakfasts were good. The best feature is the location. You are right in the middle of the old town in St Augustine....

The room was lovely with luxurious bedding, breakfasts were gourmet, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. We received a free upgrade from a queen to a king room with a jacuzzi tub, when we arrived. That was a pleasant surprise. The inn was in the historic district and a perfect location for sightseeing. Parking is free a couple of...

Just left our stay at the Agustin Inn and we really enjoyed it. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast each day was delicious and beautifully prepared. The inn is centrally located and we could walk to most things. We enjoyed relaxing on the outdoor porch and courtyard with our friends. I didn't give a 5 star only because...

I found this property on the internet when prices at the centrally located but very mediocre motel I usually book while attending an annual conference went up by nearly $100 since my last visit. It was the best thing that could have happened. This wonderful bed and breakfast a half block off St George Street was a delight. Well appointed...
