Don't let the "Budget Inn" name make you feel that you will sacrifice comfort, these rooms are totally renovated and the beds are absolutely awesome, I'm very glad I gave it a try, still close enough to everything, easy check in and super attentive owners. They go the extra mile to make your stay a good one. Next time that...

My husband and our best friends decided to make a quick trip to St. Augustine and visit the sights. We booked through Booking.com so sometimes you never know what you are going to get until you get there. When we pulled in it was a small quaint hotel and we were still leery until we went inside. The rooms were...

Reading back on previous reviews this place has received a facelift inside the rooms. Cutting to the chase... This is a great value for being walking distance from downtown. Visited St Aug during the slow season most rooms were pushing $300.00, not here though. The improvements bring modern amenities and security to you. While I did have some loud patrons...

My husband and I booked this hotel because of the excellent location and rate. It's within walking distance to St. George street and there are plenty of bars nearby as well. To our surprise, the rooms have just been renovated and look very nice. Everything was clean and the room had plenty of space for the two of us. The...

Very pleasant stay. Owners, Bobby and Sam couldn't have been more helpful. Was shown three rooms and ended up with a room they had done up for their family when visiting. We had 2 bedrooms with smart TVs and kingsized beds and a kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, sink and dining table. Beds were really comfortable. We also had two...

If you want comfort then select a different place to stay. Yes it is cheap but it would be worth spending the extra dollars for a better place. Not enough room and the bathroom only had a tile shower. Did not feel clean.

Our room was very clean. Staff was great. I felt very safe there. It was conveniently located just across the bridge from downtown (.5 mile) and there were many wonderful restaurants all around the hotel in what people are starting to call " Foodie Row". For the price it was a wonderful stay. Also great showers!!!

There were 4 of us girls renting 2 of the rooms. One room had a "kitchenette" and ours was the typical room layout. The kitchenette was a "tad" better but they said the back of the bathroom door was very dirty and they wouldn't want to cook there. Ours was clean but talk about updating needs. The walls in the...

Great location within walking distance to downtown and all the historical areas of St Augustine. It's less than a 15 min drive to the beach.it's less than that to walk across the bridge. ( which is advisable because the Spanish in the 16th century didn't plan on vehicular parking.) The room had a king size bed, WIFI, refrigerator, freezer, microwave,...
