We love the Sandestin Beach and Golf Resort, specifically the Grand Building/complex. We have been coming here as a family every summer, New Year's and another time in between for years. The NYE celebration at the Baytown Wharf is always spectacular, great music. Atmosphere and pictures! Of memories we will never forget!! Summer is the best with white sand, activities for everyone and a variety of dining choices that makes you feel like every meal is a 5 star adventure of its own!!! The staff is always amazing, but I have to point out Filipe!! Even in training he was courteous and eager to help and got a manager when there was something he wanted to resolve but didn't have the access. We would rather be here than anywhere and plan to purchase of Second home here very soon. We could go anywhere across the world, but no place has the shopping of Beverly Hills, the beaches of the Caribbean, Attractions that equal the Magic Kingdom, Dining like a foodies dream, and a price tag that makes you feel you owe them more than our Home away from home the Grand Complex at Sandestin Beach and Golf Resort....Thanks again S.B.a.G.R. and if you are reading this, why haven't you booked yet?

My wife and I had a great time at The Grand at Sandestin, Florida and really enjoyed Baytowne Wharf with it's atmosphere and shops, plus the restaurants. The only setback was the mattress in unit #5511. It was so hard that we found ourselves sore every morning. I even tried the sofa bed but it was not much better. The shower head also should be replaced.

This is an absolutely amazing place. When I checked in and was greeted by Hardik Gosain at the Front Desk who provided Exceptional Customer Service. Hardik took the time to provide me with the best service and at the same time worked diligently to make sure we were satisfied with our stay. The property itself is definitely a must visit. The property is also contemporary and has a lot of the newest amenities and a lot to do for fun and excitement. I would recommend this place to visit and have a nice vacation.

Walked down to the bar to grab a beer while watching the CWS. It closed at 7:00pm! What? This morning, we go to the pool at 8:00am, which is when it opens, but it was closed for maintenance! Cup of coffee was $4 which I guess I would expect at a resort, but you have to wait until around 7:15 if you want coffee. The room had three TV remotes and the TV was on some kind of Samsung programming and it took about 30 minutes to figure out how to watch TV because there were no instructions. Check in was a hassle because we had to check in at the welcome center which is about a mile from the hotel. So, I'm a little frustrated. But it is a very nice property and the people are friendly. Room was nice and comfortable and had a microwave and refrigerator.

Our first time to go to Sandestin , Florida. Loved our stay at the Grand Complex in Sandestin, FL. Unit 2622 in the main complex The unit had everything we needed and is well furnished. The sunset was amazing and great Ocean View. Wonderful staff .

This is supposed to be the #2 of 8 hotels? We were shocked when we went to grab a drink after a long drive in the small hotel bar and the bartender told us their only bar closes in 5 minutes at 6:00 P.M. This is a vacation resort? We went next door to the Elfie, where they had three bars open normal hours. The rest of the resort is nice otherwise.
